There are some activities in the night that could finish earlier and not disturb the guest who are near the pool. Beer didn’t tate really like bear, I think there was some water in there

Beach and facilities in general are good. The menu of the restaurant by the beach could have more options.

The beach wad dirty. Couldn't use it. The food can use improvement and variety. There's a restaurant with NO kitchen. It's also advertised as Dominican cuisine but the food served is far from it. That shootings definitely be closed down

The condensation from AC would sweat and the floor was wet in the room!!!

My booking price and check in price varied. Not by a huge amount but I was very annoyed I was charged an extra $30 when we arrived on site and the hotel blamed it on Booking.com

We were not impressed by the staff, in particular the entertainment staff, they were not friendly or polite with us. The entertainment in the evening was also a little disorganized and not as good as other resorts where we've stayed.

What we liked most was the little cafe. Also, the food at the a la carte restaurants was really good! The path down to the beach was really nice, although it was my first time staying at a resort that wasn't right on the beach.

first night i was there the front desk called my room at 12:30 am woke me up told me i had to come down to the front reception to verify my identity which made me and my wife feel real uncomfortable

they don’t provide what they advertise . from 5 restaurants they only keep open 2 or 3 per day . they only perform one show in 2 days .

Wifi was poor. Entertainment crew tried hard but options limited. Music very dated. Breakfast not great.

Breakfast was the poorest meal of the day as far as hot food goes. Lunch & dinner improved considerably. The Mexican restaurant was good as well. Wifi throughout the hotel inside & out was poor. Kept dropping all the time. Nice facilities though although they were closing the day we left & moving to another location. Considering some staff were losing their jobs, they stayed professional & tried to keep us happy. Location was good, nice beach. We asked for a quiet room & got a noisy one to begin with close to the kitchen & nightclub so asked to move. They moved us to a much better room, no complaints there with the service.

Check in was very stressful.The gentleman at the receptin,despite my request for a quiet room,gave me a room by the kitchen,with no view what so ever and at my request for a change,he stated that they were all taken.Only after the intervention of the supervisor,I got a new room in half an hour.It was not a dream room with a view,but at least quiet one.It should be added that I bough a larger room to ensure myself comfort ,unfortunately it was not worth paying extra.What a pity....It was very stressful for me and not professional. The quality of drinks in the bars was bad. Animations at a very weak level. I bought a Puerto Plata sightseeing tour at the hotel. It was supposed to be from 9am-1pm.It turned out that it was a taxi driver and not a guide and after 2 hours he said we could go back to the hotel because we had seen everything...Waste of money.

Breakfast was good,lots of dishes,variety of fruits. Possibility to use various restaurants without reservation for dinner. Nice staff in restaurants. There was a nice short walk from the hotel to the beach

The restaurants wouldn't allow us to sit all together, but that could've been due to covid.

We went for a bachelorette party (group of 8 girls) and had a fantastic time. The breakfast was our favorite part along with the funny and super friendly staff. Definitely recommend for a mini girls getaway.
