We had an outstanding stay! Everything was perfect and lovely. The room was spacious, Aqua park was so fun and entertaining. The food quality was so so good, many range of varieties to choose from. The service level was beyond our expectations! The staff is so welcoming, helpful, dedicated and attentive to details. We’d also love to thank our room housekeeper; Moataz, such a decent dedicated guy. We’ll definitely be coming back again next year! Much love!

Perhaps you could organize some more parties for guests to enjoy.

Great choice of food, fresh pita and croissants baked just for you, very tasty fruits and vegetables, grilled fish to your taste. Our rooms were taken care of by Mr. Mahmud, he is quite inventive in his towel creations and was very attentive to our needs. Our excursions were managed by Mr. Bishoy who did a great job. It was very enjoyable to chat with all the friendly lifeguards throughout the Acqua Park and Acqua Blue attractions. Children had a great time. There was a new swimming pool to try every day. Neverland show was very entertaining featuring so many talented gymnasts and dancers. Well done, guys.

Firstly when you enter the hotel reception people very nice and friendly (Hamed Ali and Victoria) very helpful for all my family. Hotel is nice and clean Restaurant food is delicious Aqua park amazing so big and so many activities I recommend the all family’s needs the visit that hotel Next time we will stay longer bcoz 5 days not enough to that hotel.

The food is excellent, large number of swimming pools and aqua parks. You can enjoy both Albatros aqua park and aqua blue within the same stay. The house keeper Mr. Ibrahim Zakaria was very cooperative and honest.

Alcoholic drinks are local brands Buffet food was a little repetitive over a longer stay Mosquitos in the room on arrival. Staff did everything they could to resolve the problem from Zapping them to providing mosquito plugs. By day 3 the problem was resolved and we had no more issues.

Lots of swimming pools, slides and splash towers. Life guards active and alert to children in danger Sports bar showing all premiership games and champions league games 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner Ice cream, crepes, pastries, soft drinks and cocktails available for kids throughout the day at different times. Resort is immaculate and super clean, room cleaned daily as well Entertainment for children and adults daily We had a bad check in experience due to a mix up between us, hotel and booking.com, hotel and staff went out of their way to make up for this early setback in our stay and turned the trip around for us. Special mention to Mr Shady A Kader for his attention and desire to make our stay memorable.

Food can be better, more variety can be introduced particularly on chicken, lamb and adding some spicy items. A lot of food is aroynd beef. Adding some more vegetarian varieties will cater it diverse backgrounds that come over here.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) enjoyed our stay at AquaPark for a week, the hotel territory is huge, it takes almost 10 minutes to go from one end to the other, so you will get some excercise. The whole stay was good and I would recommend except some moments - the staff starts the conversation with you in Russian what for me (as I am not Russian) was quite offensive but as you everytime ask Sorry, what? then they start talking good English and you can understand everything. Also very interesting that when you stay at Aqua Park - you can also enjoy all the facilities in the nearby Pickalbatross resorts Aqua Blu and Beachside, just walk around or enjoy free bus shuttle. One thing I would suggest - to renew the attractions especially the big ones - they have served its time! Overall we had very pleasant stay at Aqua Park! Rooms: When we arrived in the middle of the night, a bed for one of our kids was not laid on and also broken (there were screws hanging out) but the next day when we told reception about that, it was changed. The doors to the next room and also for the closet were quite squiky and should have changed. Keycards for the room will not always work, you have to hastle a little bit but in the end you will get inside. But overall rooms were good and clean. Food, drinks: Lots of foods and drinks for every taste! You can even order pizza and omelett by your own recipe! At the dinner in Neverland you can enjoy quite big show, only thing is that every evening it’s the same, I would prefer some changes in the program. I would also like to give my best regards to the bartender at White Bar - the best employee, very friendly with us and kids, kind and smiling Hany! Cheers!

Birds are everywhere. Pools for really small Kids are nőt heated. They were empthy all the time because of ThinQ.

The animation team was great, big thanks for Antonio and Billy. They keeped is busy all the time. The staff in general was nice and helpful. It is a huge complex, but after 8 days,we still could find sthg new and amasing.

We loved everything. The welcome from the night manager Mr. Hamdy and his team set the bar high. All of the employees went all the way, so we really just want to say thanks! The facilities and the slides were top notch for the kids. The beach and snorkling was top for the adults. The guy in the ice cream bar was always a huge smile. Looking forward to coming back!

It is just a hope to increase kids activity at the morning,,and on the pool side. Also i hope they make a place for kids to stay if couple whant to go to have some time for them out the resort 1-2 hr(kids can stay with some one even if extra charge)

We like the aqua park ,my kids enjoy it too much,,,all the activity team are friendly especially with kids!!and this is an extra point. Family room were good fitting 2 adult with 2 kids easily ,picine room was easily acces to pool which was also nice especially when you have kids. Entertiment show at night was enjoyable!!also kids disco from 8:30 to 9 was great!!i hope they increase more and more activity for kids. About food it was with huge variety someone can find easly find something to love whatever he like ,,,also bard with snacks near pool was good if restaurant time didnt fit you…ice cream bar was great for kids they enjoy it a lot.

Fantastic stay, all staff very helpful and branch manger Mohammad shokry provided us with extra additional help which was needed. Cleaning very well done and rooms always returned back to a lovely stay. Will highly recommend. See you soon .
