One access card for elevators and gates, though multiple people in the same unit, that was exhausting. No one takes me to the unit upon arrival to demonstrate how to use the elevators or help with the bags, it was exhausting and took a lot of time to discover how to use the access card and adopt to the system after a lot of errors. And being out doesn't know how to get in and the reverse. The garage facility is included in the add with the price but there I had to pay more to get my car in

Smiling is a rare behaviour by all the staff. All the staff treat you like you are a beggar. Long time to check in with bad handling of crowding by the reception staff. If u know someone there you will finish in 5 minutes, but if you don't you will wait for more than 2 hours. Bad arrangement at the pool and the beach. Overall it was my first and last stay there as i will never go back to such a corrupt and badly managed place with systemic class discrimination

There were several water cuts so I could not use the bathroom, take shower or even wash my hands for the whole day and the whole night and nobody warned me about the problem even when I called the reception they casually answered there was no water until 1 am eventually the whole night

it was ok but the place is far from the reception so a car should be provided for both check-in and check-out, however I appreciated that I was allowed for an early check-in and a late check-out

it wasn’t clean at all.. there is no facilities and room service whats so ever!! even the trash stayed for 4 days we couldn’t find anyone to take it away.. and when I requested for the room service I’ve been advised that it’s a one time service that I can get on my first day only.. my mother get electrocuted from the electrical oven..

Everything!! The staff was very rude to me and to my pregnant wife. There was no help of any sort concerning maintenance and cleanliness. The apartment was totally the opposite to the pictures that was on booking. The bathrooms were not clean the kitchen was greasy, the sofas were filled with stains and smelled so bad. The Acs were not working. The doors don't close unless they are locked.

Check inn is impossible , Porto management fighting owners in renting their apartment so they delay the check inn till 4 pm , Meanwhile they advised the guests to book with their hotel directly instead of owner - Many problems between them . Also they preventing all owner's guests to use the swimming pool , the main beach , restricted them to use many facilities. Very bad Experience I have ever seen from Porto Management , please don't book ever with Porto. We didn't even catch the beach time as it is finished at 4.45 pm, too too early ,
