Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EgyptThe pool, aqua and sea were closed by 6 pm which was disappointing for the kids. The smell of the room towels was not good. The towels of the pool were old. The size of the room was small.
I liked the sea, dinner food, pool and aqua. The staff were friendly and responsible. I had a problem in the room that one of the floor tiles was broken. They put a mat on the tile for the children's safety and also they offered us to move to another room.

EgyptThe long distance between room and the beach 10 to 15 minutes walk. They need more employers. I had an emergency at 6 in the morning and I couldn't find any one to help me even in the reception. The resort is huge. They need a supermarket and a pharmacy inside.
The place is good and has good facilities many pools. The food is set menu but the quality and quantity are OK. The staff are nice. The value for money is good.

The resort is very nice, all grean, you can find everything you want inside the resort. The staff was very friendly and the food was good, a lot of choices to choose from. The beach and water were stunning. We enjoyed the gulf cars rides and the staff was very friendly.

Egypt-I booked a small room and when I arrived I was informed by the reception it’s a pool cabin !! It was very noisy all day, pool was a bit small and very crowded specially on Thursday. -The “shatafa” at the toilet was broken and it was fixed 2 times. -At night I found a lizard (برص) in the room and had to call the house keeping to kill it. -Internet was only good at the reception. -Restaurant is far away from the cabin .

Egypt1. Wrong information: I booked 3 villas from booking.com one beach and two garden, but when i arrived I found that they are not villas just one floor chalet (appartment) 2. Misleading pictures: pictures on booking.com for the garden villa/chalet exterior are showing a two floor building which is misleading, it is not the exterior of the one floor apartment i stayed in. 3. Not cost effective: despite the good hospitality, the price is high for 3 appartments, and naming them villas?! Doesn't justify that cost.
1. The whole staff starting from the general manager going through the kitchen staff and the room service as well as the beach and swimming pool staff, all are very polite and very helpful. 2. The beach and the swimming pool are safe with a life guard available and alert all the time. 3. The animation team and the kids party are active on a daily basis and very amusing. 4. Parkings are available and car pathways are well organized.
