There was no breakfast but the rest of the other things was amazing the host the house area the swimming pool was exceptional I do recommend anyone who wishes to stay there, there was no shortage of anything

Seba is an amazing host. Very courteous and always willing to help. She even gave headscarves for the girls. The property is very luxurious and looks exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Very large. the pool is always warm, the waterfall is beautiful and help is available 24/7 in case of any issues. There were a few niggles but they got fixed immediately, which shows the quality of the hosting. Seba deserves a 10/10

I recently stayed at this fantastic property in New Cairo with my family, and we had an outstanding experience. The place was immaculately clean, which made us feel right at home. The pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape after a day of exploring the city. The hosts were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Wifi was very good, safe, we were impressed with the international power plugs and Smart TV. Everything was thought of. It made it the perfect getaway for families and safe for children. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cairo!

This property offers a great location, spacious rooms and is aesthetically pleasing. The appartment offers all you could wish for and more for a family vacation in Cairo. Specifically being able to retreat and relax after spending the day in the hecticness of Cairo is well worth noting. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Should you value those elements, then look no further!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Their warm welcome, complete with complimentary sweets, set the tone for a wonderful experience to be honest. The apartment itself was pristine upon arrival, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The private garden and pool area truly stole the show, offering a cozy and warm ambiance perfect for relaxation. The pool, complete with a jacuzzi and a decorative waterfall, was an absolute delight to use and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. As for the apartment, it exceeded our expectations in terms of space and amenities. With two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus an additional bathroom accessible from the living area, we felt like we had all the space we needed. The full kitchen, equipped with everything one could possibly need. Additionally, the smart TV and fast, free wifi provided entertainment options for downtime. We encountered no issues during our stay, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the relaxing atmosphere of the property. While there were nearby attractions, we found ourselves so content with the amenities of the apartment that we spent most of our time there. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The highlight was undoubtedly the heated pool and jacuzzi, which provided endless hours of enjoyment and relaxation. We spent altogether 3 nights at M Residence. We love the place a lot. It is very clean and everything is reflected as the same on the pictures. The host and the team are super friendly and helpful, super responsive and thoughtful and made us feel like home away from home. Check in and pre-arrival are super smooth. They provide us very good location map and réponse to all our enquirers even before we confirmed our booking. The facilities are very well maintained and clean. We had a great time with M Residence.

Excellent apartment, with very friendly hosts. We arrived at night 01:30 AM, and there was no any issue to receive the key. We received the keys and a large basket with cakes in addition ))) The pool was great! Thank you for hospitality!

This is a fully-furnished two bedroom apartment with private swimming pool. The room has a big kitchen with all the utensils and a laundry machine. You will feel like living in a spacious house.

Great Communication and Super Friendly and helpful host. Apartment well furnished and spotlessly clean. Pool was amazing: heated, clean, private and much enjoyed by the entire family. Local shop and masjid within walking distance, a short uber ride from Festival City Mall and Downtown Katameya. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, would love to come and stay again :)

My stay was awesome from the beginning to the end.The place is clean and comfortable.You find everything you may need. The location is excellent and everything is within walking distance. The best of all there is the amazing swimming pool in the apartment. I can not find anything negative to say about this place. I checked out 2 days ago and I am thinking about going back already. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Mr. Ahmed and Miss Seba are so helpful and always online.
