Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EgyptThe food was bland. The language barrier and having to wait for a long time only to be served something wrong. We waited at the bar for about 30 minutes before someone could help us, and when he came, he tried to overcharge us🤦🏽♀️, luckily we asked for the menu to check before we could pay.
The place is beautiful and value for money. The view is prefect and beautiful as well. And we got very good assistance from the guy Mina, who helped us with checking in and allocating a beautiful room for us.

ColombiaThe personnel were not nice, the restaurant host after 20 days of my stay would never answer my greeting, not very friendly; The waiters at the restaurant very welcoming. I know the mini market located at the entrance of the hotel is independent from the hotel management, nevertheless is a complete scam, they overcharge 10 times more the real prices of the goods, a can of coke which would normally cost 20 they charged me 60, potato chips which are normally 5 pounds they charged me 50, unfortunatelly you have to end paying whatever they charge because there is no other place around!
The Deluxe Rooms are very nice, brand new, very comfortable beds, good design.

EgyptI didn't like when the room service forgot to put new towels after cleaning the room and didn't put plastic cups which I had to call the reception to bring me cups of tea in my room, the beach size was so limited to swim, bitch size is small and I do have very small area to swim, they should have wide space for the beach, the hotel location is a little bit confusing as I was lost the first time when I arrived there, but anyway it wasn't so difficult.
I liked almost everything, mainly the staff there mister, kirollos, Khaled, Mohamed and also mister anna she was so nice and professional I liked the room location so much in front of the pool, The room size is good, clean and the bed is comfortable. I also liked the restaurant, the food was delicious and variable, the restaurant is so clean, and the staff were nice especially miss olga she is so nice. I also liked the beach although the location is a little bit far however they provide shuttle bus. I enjoyed the show that was made in the evening they brought a belly dancer and the Dg was amazing Mister hadeer ashraf in the pool is so nice.
