The flat needs maintenance the air conditioners need cleaning the dining table glass was broken Nd it needs changing. The toilet flusher for the guests needs changing for a new one but the plumber refused to change it.

Everything was nice and comfy. I didn't need to use thr air conditioners at all. I just opened the windows to have a very nice breez of coolness

everything beyond expectations

We choosed it because of short distance from the airport and low price, we didn't expect it will be such a gem. We came late at night 23.30 and there was Mohammed waiting for us in front of the building, helping with everything we understood evering very well althought we do not speek Arabic. ;)) Mohammed was so greatfull, smiling attentive. The owner send us a lot of information via whatsapp how to get the keys, how to get to appartment, where are the closest markets, bus, restaurants and multiple offers of trips with him with his Mercedes; what was fantastic ! He answered with perfect English almost immediatelly even late evenings. And while leaving the apartment early in the morning 4,30 and - again Mohammed was there to assist us! what a service.Thank YOU a lot!!! For the price we paid it is a gem and it is former I think military or diplomatic district- where we felt very safe even while walking to the shop at night It was like discovery-225 sq.m large livingroom with LOUIS XIV chairs and sofas; chandeliers warddrobes very stylish and large table for 6 or 8 people.Kitchen well equipped ;big- for us fantastic opportunity to cook meals, and have independent breakfast and dinner after long journey. We had separate bedroom with double bed with comfy mattresses and separate bathroom for both of us - there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and small wc there. HOT water, good aircon, electric heaters for night in March Big balcony overlooking the street, market nearby and mosque , is additional advantage as we had ther meal. What is an advantage - UBER from the airport costed around 120 egyptian pounds and the drive took 7-10 minutes so in Cairo it is ultraclose. It was very important especially last day as my alarm rung 3.13 a.m but suddenly I realised it is 4.13 a.m. local time and our boarding was 5.20 a.m. Only because the apartment is so close from the airport an Mohammed appeared immediately we were not late for the plane!

There is nothing to complain about, the place is completely beyond our expectation. The location is a bit remote from the central area, but we book it as a transition place before we head back at the end of the vacation. There is also big supermarket and bakery for getting local sweets as souvenir for friends so perfect for our programme.

The apartment is super spacious far beyond our expection with a big balcony in a quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our two chill days at the end of our vacation away from the crowd and heat. Our flight got delayed so arrived around 2am midnight and we found the housekeeper was waiting for us in front of the building, it was a very smooth check-in and it's always super easy to communicate with the owner via chat.

Location to airport was excellent, and apartment was huge. Beautifully appointed loved the old Cairo feel of the area. The beds were extremely comfortable and as mentioned rooms are huge. Great for families. The hosts speed of response and level of information was excellent and Mohammed tje door man helped us to up the apartment and was extremely helpful.

We stayed there the last before going back home. The location is really convenient, there are supermarkets nearby and really close to the airport. I have to mention the doorman, as he was such an angel, who help us and make our stay even better.

The property was spacious, clean and well-decorated. Ashraf was so spot on with communication. He helped me find the apartment when I first arrived. The beds were comfortable, there were English channels on the TV, the WiFi was fast but only discoverable in the living room, I have made Ashraf aware and he will rectify it. I would definitely recommend this place to families and people travelling in groups who are looking for some quiet.

Cleaning condition is not bad and might be acceptable for many, but need more care and deep cleaning to be perfect.

- Outdated furniture & generally poor preservation that could create a negative impression. - Extremely poor lighting everywhere, particularly bathrooms where no mirror lights whatsoever…it’s certainly a major downside and degrading of such a great & expensive place!! - The place has many toilets/ bathrooms but hot water is only available in 2, excluding one of the en-suites! - Television is a very basic and a poorly equipped one. In a nutshell, it’s a good place for the money you pay but it could be much better with a little extra including lights & basic renovations. Recommended if you are looking for the essentials and need a place to stay but not to spend much time in, NOT recommended if you are after a 4-5 stars hotel like / luxury experience or if you are over particular about standards like my wife 😉!!

The apartment was once a very beautiful place, with exquisite features. One of the beds was actually 2 matresses on the floor. The kitchen was adequately equipped. There were a couple of tea bags and a couple packs of sugar, but the place would be a little more hospitable if they provided the basics for enough cups of tea as beds available.

The host gave very accurate and detailed helpful texts to make check-in as easy as possible. The apartment is very large and has 4 bedrooms, so it fit our large family well. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay near the airport, and were happy with this property. The property manager was very helpful and assisted us in locating the key and our apartment, which wouldn't have been easy without.
