Only my stay was 4 days with 3 nights

Overall, my stay was amazing. Location of the hotel is so easy to reach and known by all taxi drivers. And a few steps to everything malls, shops,Marina walk,and Restaurants. also, away from the main roads, you will not get disturbed by any noise from outside. All staff at the hotel are super professional and also very helpful in a very good friendly way ..at the reception Mostafa is amazing. at the restaurant, Ahmed and Taha are very good and so helpful. Try the Turkish coffee made by Ahmed. You will be addicted to it .. you will not enjoy your day after that without his coffee May stay was with breakfast, and it was so yummy mixed between Egyptian and Continental breakfast, which gives so many varieties to everyone one Rooms are conformable, and furniture supper new and conformable. The view from the room as my room was Seaview is super relaxing you will see the marina with so meany yachts you will feel like in Venice. Top of all, Mr Ibarhim, the owner of the hotel. He is the hero of the hotel. Very good personality, is ready to help, and solves any issue immediately.you will see him all the time and day and night, feeling like he doesn't sleep. He his there for his guests. I really felt like I was at home with my family and friends 🧡

No pool. Breakfast was good (except the juice!), but the food variety could be better. The wardrobe was too small, which may not be good if you plan a long stay and have a lot of stuff

The staff is very friendly and yet competent. Although the hotel was full, they give you the feeling you are the only guest. Good food. Reasonable prices at the restaurant. Perfect location, very close to the center, but yet very quiet. Very clean. Modern building. Very suitable for couples.

WC paper wasn't enough in room, only 1 in rest room!! They didn't come for change trash bucket! They did not come for cleaning room and change towels, Until we call reception!

Room is good, big balcony! Nice staff, breakfast is good, beach is fine but small, restaurant price is fair, bar beach too!

The internet is not working at rooms, also they didn’t mention the type of beds in reservation.

The location is good and staff is helpful especially Moustafa from the FO team, he helped and maintained the AC by himself instead of waiting the concerned department to make it works.

No wifi on the rooms, onlybin the reception area, not enough shampoo or soap, no toilet paper. The breakfast was poor and the breakfast area doesnt have AC and we were literally having breakfast with the flies, the condition of the food in breakfast was not good.

The rooms are in good condition because the hotel its starting now.

The staff were not attentive. We ask some toiletries ( towels and toilet paper) it took days they gave us! At the end towels were not available.

It’s close to the airport and accessible. They also have the private beach.

The hotel was installing a banner under my window at 1 am when I complained they offered to change the room. The restaurant doesn't have air conditioner and breakfast was really poor . Plus a bunch of weird rules.

Small amenities like soap and a small toothpaste and small shampoo and some tissues in the room would go a long way, but these are minor things

Small cute beach, nice breakfast and nice staff. Leaving so early in the morning, we couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel but they packed us breakfast to go. Very thoughtful.

Everything is brand new and modern and good quality. If you stay here please be mindful it is a hotel for locals and you will have to dress respectfully at the beach and in common areas following local customs.

The road is close and there's some noise from traffic. There was no wifi in the room. These didn't bother us, but might have had we stayed longer.

We were there only for one short night before going on a boat, but everything worked great. The old gentleman chef who was serving the breakfast was very nice and left a great impression. Also, the falafels at the breakfast were probably the best I've ever had.

My room was "mountain" view - there's no mountain of course, just high land. It's actually road view - can be a bit noisy, but it was ok. Bathroom may have missed the process of renew, but has everything you need, it was clean.

It's about 15 min away from Hurghada airport. We stayed only 1 night (because of late plane landing), before moving to a resort in Makadi Bay next day. So, the Hotel looks good (maybe it was renewed/reshaped a bit lately). Had everything we needed. It has a small beach (not sure if included or not - did not use). Breakfast was good, found a few things to eat, had a coffee.

Honestly, i had waited for 2hours to check in which was not a problem however the issue was the yellow blanket was not clean. The yellow blanket literally gave us a allergic I guess they didn’t change it
