The dance show on Friday night was way too loud (between 20:30 and 23:00), therefore the hotel is not recommended for families or business travellers. The hotel would greatly benefit from free wi-fi available everywhere throughout its territory and a free airport transfer.

Cannot blame this all-included hotel. It is great, pretty comfortable for a very reasonable price. The food choise is fantastic. Pretty close to the airport. Taxi transfer (a paid service) available upon request.

The room needs however some maintenance, especially the locks on the door. When reported, a member of staff came immediately to repair it.

Upon arrival we received a room upgrade which was very appreciated. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and attentive housekeeping and restaurant staff. The heated pool was great in March. The hot food selection could be more varied but overall we all found something to eat and we enjoyed it.

Jaz Sharks Bay is a self-contained oasis just out of town, which suited us. It was quiet, allowing us to relax during the day and enjoy a drink in the bar with a really nice mix of people. And the staff… phenomenal!

Unfortenutelly no wifi in the room. I expected to work in this hotel but it was pretty hard. Lobby has a wifi so it is not thaaat big problem, but would be good to consider.

The stuff was really great! Many thanks go to all receptionist David, Romez and the night shift guy who were always ready to help me with every problem i face in that period of time. When i came back to hotel at 3 am and there was no hot water, my room was changed immediately and very professionally. I was really happy to stay in this hotel. The food was also good! The pool bar staff were mostly but not all, lazy, spending more time talking with each other than serving or clearing tables etc. Swarming around attractive young women whenever possible.

The hotel itself was very nice and the pool areas. The restaurant staff were lovely as were reception staff, security, inside bar staff .... it was kept very nice and clean and organised. The food was very good although possibly a bit repetitive if staying more than a week but I was happy with choice and quality.

While the animation team was lively, adding more diverse or frequent entertainment activities during the day or evening could further engage guests.

Wifi is the only big letdown for the hotel. There isnt any in the rooms,and is not too strong by the pool or in the restaurant.. No problem in the lobby,but it became the one thing that was a constant frustration,as we needed regular contact with family/business back home. I hope the hotel plans to install wifi or find a way to supply guests with wifi in the rooms.. it was a major problem for us without it.. maybe not for others. Maybe get a sim card package next time we stay.

The food was the best we have had in a jaz hotel,and the best in any hotel we have stayed in in Egypt. Fresh,tasty & well presented. Plenty of dishes to choose from. The food is piping hot as they have hotplates they serve from. This is a big issue for us,as most hotels fail to keep food hot & i really dislike barely warm food (common in egytian hotels). The chefs were very proud of their work and it shows..top class. The hotel is very clean,good aircon,constant hot water,black out curtains,and very comfortable beds.. the staff are very friendly and polite.nothing was too much trouble. The snacks served during the day were fantastic. Lovely meaty burgers,hot dogs,pizzas,salads,all freshly made. Theres a shuttle bus that takes you to jaz belvedere beach,which is stunning. Free drinks served. Overall we had a nice peaceful,comfortable stay at jaz sharks bay..and we look forward to returning.

To see the sea!

Breakfast was great included all the needs for a breakfast and nicely presented- and the location was overseeing the pool so really good. Staff were helpful friendly and exceptionally gracious. All rooms overlooked the pool. They were all very kind and helpful and clean. Music over the pool was really nice and pool was clean.
