From other reviews, I expected a standard hotel. However, this is a guesthouse located on the fifth floor of a building in a not-so-nice area. The staff is friendly, and if you expect the description above, you will be happy. Just do not expect anything luxurious. The jacuzzi in the corner felt more like a joke than something you’d actually want to use. The view from the rooftop is amazing. What I found confusing is that my previous 10-point review was published under my name without me writing it. This makes me doubt the authenticity of other reviews.

This accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The view of the pyramids was absolutely breathtaking – we couldn’t have been any closer! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and it was a truly majestic experience to enjoy it on the terrace in the sunshine while gazing at the pyramids. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. The hosts and staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to fulfill all our wishes. In my opinion, this is the best place to stay in Giza, offering unbeatable value for money!

Amazing 5-night stay! The hotel offers a stunning panoramic view of the pyramids, making the experience truly special. This property is bright, beautiful clean and the rooms are well equipped with every amenity you can think of. Hair dryer, iron, coffee, tea, good shampoo, conditioner. I really liked the rooms and the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view of the Great Pyramid!

Spacious and comfortable room. All employees very attentive. Beautiful view from the rooftop, you can see the pyramids. The bathtub is large and works well. The hotel provides airport transfer service. We bought the tour to the pyramids complex directly at the hotel, it was great. Best place to stay in Giza.

The host was great, went above and beyond to accomidate us in our late arrival, made us food at 3am which we were grateful for after a long journey, also Gave us breakfast after the allotted time, great customer service, honest advise and sorted out our car and excursion, will defo be staying here again.

They are trying their best, I believe it is the most decent small hotel of the area (from what I saw from other hotels).. But the standards are way below what we expect in Europe. The area although was so close to the Pyramids was very under-developed and a bit dangerous in the night. The breakfast although they were trying to bring us something to please us, was poor. The terrace where breakfast was served should have been in a better condition.

The stuff was amazing and they did everything they could to make easier our stat. The room was good and with no signs of obvious dirt but not in the EU standards. The view from the window was really amazing and the room was spacious

A wonderful stay at Pyramids Palace Inn! The place is very comfortable, with an amazing view of the pyramids, excellent service, and exceptional hospitality. The five-day tour organization was perfect! Everything was arranged professionally, from visiting the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum, Saqqara, and Memphis to an incredible trip to Fayoum, where we enjoyed the breathtaking nature, Lake Qarun, and the stunning waterfalls of Wadi El Rayan. The experience was truly enjoyable and full of adventures. A special thanks to Mostafa for his great effort, warm hospitality, and outstanding organization, which made our trip unforgettable. I will definitely come back again!

The hotel is new, everything is new and clean. The staff was really kind and interested to help you. Great location, 10 min walk to one of the entrances to Giza Pyramids (the one which is in front of the Sphinx). Good breakfast on the rooftop with the view to the Pyramids.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the hot tub’s tap didn’t always have hot water, as it ran out quickly. Otherwise everything else was as expected.

The rooms were excellent and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s well cleaned and organized, and the windows view is amazing as you always view the three pyramids plus two minor pyramids. The hot tub is well located next to the window, and the room service was top notch and the lady who was helping us was very nice.
