Hotel lagoon is not at all clean ( of course the beach is always clean but the bottom of lagoon water is full of cups and plastics ) Food in the main restaurant should be better Food in fish restaurant is horrible

Hotel View, Location, Environment & Vibes are Super... Staff are very professional, Friendly, so helpful since first minute especially in Reception (Mr. Sameh & Mr. David: Fast checkin process - efficient - suuportive - great attitude - presentable) & in Restaurant (Mr. Ibrahim & Mr. Hazem: very helpful - amazing customer handling - cheerful) & in Room Service (Samir: very decent - productive - proffissional)... Thanks for Management team (Mr. Hany & Mr. Nady) for being always ready & happy to listen for all comments and their prompt response and actions to enhance our experience & stay at the hotel.

I believe there was an OK Italian on site but they wouldn't allow us to book it as we were going on a boat trip all day and could only book between 11-2. The Chinese was dreadful and I was quite unwell the next day. Really rude barman in the upstairs lobby bar. Not enough towels or toiletries. We were in two minds about booking a more expensive hotel, I really wish we had now.

The beach is unique and very comfortable to spend the whole day on .The breakfast was acceptable except for the desserts .The dinner was really good except for fish .
