Breakfast can be more variable. Do not go to the pharmacy in the opposite nearby the beach, it's just hustle ! They overcharged me a tablet for 250 egp but the whole box costed only 30 egp I'm ok to pay tourist price as I understand they need to pay their rent. But it was just too much, they just took us for a fool

In overall very nice hotel staff were super nice and very helpful. I was there for diving, Mahmoud from the diving center was there for me to manage everything even he couldn't go diving with me due to some health issue. Manager Mahmoud from the reception was super helpful, always warm greeting, interesting conversation, I felt at home. Definitely would go back again as it's very good value for money

This hotel is really nice the food is very good. For this price. The front rooms have a stunning view. The roof teras and Jacuzzi are awesome. The staff is well trained.

Amazing and always smiling stuff, location awesome, near beach but away of bustling city, breakfast on the terrace spectacular, lunch and dinner in the restaurant downstairs by the pool, we were there 5 days and the food was not repetitive. Non-alcoholic beverages during the day for a small fee.

- there should be a more detailed information about all inclusive,cos it was soft all inclusive and very limited options - food very tasty-but limited options as well,for wegetarians or seafood lovers- not much to eat...

The location of the hotel, is very near to the city center, the panoramic sea view from tarrasse up- just great! The rooms a bit small,but cosy and very clean.

The staff were not as hospitable as elsewhere. The cleaning staff knocked my door several times in the morning waking me up. A male staff member even entered the room as I did not answer because I was asleep. The staff laughed at us when we were stressing to get a transfer to the airport because our Uber kept getting cancelled. Serving staff were really nice. But I would have preferred to book a cheaper accommodation with better hospitality

Only one thing , the air conditioning unit from the room beside me was noisy.when in use and I had to close my door and use air conditioning in my room . I did not report it to the staff as my week was almost finished.

We had quite positive expectations, believing the advertising and the positive reviews selected by the Booking.com algorithms. It didn't happen as expected... We booked a deluxe room for three people with a sea view. On arrival, they tried to accommodate us in a standard small double room with windows overlooking the courtyard. We were offered to put on an extra bed, but the room was so small that there would be no free passage if they did it. After our complaint, we were offered another room, a little bigger than the previous one, but it smelled too much of cigarettes for non-smokers to stay inside for more than one minute. And there was no sea view either. Then they announced that these were all available options in this hotel. As a result of a few minutes of hard talking and received stress, we were moved to another hotel... but this is another story, and it is also not about happy holidays!

The hotel location and advertisement photos were nice! The building looks a bit cleaner and fresher than neighboring houses. The guy at the reception desk was very tolerant and friendly. He remained steady and friendly despite our rather negative state because of what had happened. I sincerely believe, that this hotel is still in business solely on such good employees as the guy who worked with our case. I don't know your name, dear, but if you read this please receive my appreciation and respect!

When use the air conditioner, the smell of gasoline was really very very very strong, cannot sleep while opening it. And the room is with poor sound insulation.

I booked this hotel to escape loud resorts, which was a good choice. The staff is fantastic; I haven't experienced anything like that here in Egypt (even though Egyptians are generally very kind). The room was clean and modern, one rare case where reality matches and exceeds photos. Also, other guests differed from those in different resorts. I haven't seen anyone drunk or loud. I had a massage in the wellness center; it was more expensive than spas in the city but worth the money, in my opinion, as you can go and relax in the room afterward. The price/value ratio is second to none.
