I didn't like the type of restaurant meals (set menu) 1st floor has no view.

The AC was making a huge sound until we found out how to adjust it. It was also good to have access to a private beach but this one was not the best. It is located just next to the Marina so we have found oil in the sea and the corals were destroyed.

Everything was clean, the location was practical and we had an amazing view of the sea. Many excursions were suggested at the hotel at a fair price. Thank you to the very helpful staff members. Thank you to Sayed who helped us find our iPhone.

There was an issue with the water at this hotel, as every day for about 3-4 hours the water wouldn't work so we were unable to use the shower or toilet. This sometimes happened twice a day. We also had two power cuts while we stayed there. The hotel did say that this was a known issue within Hurghada? and gave us two free extra bottles of water each time this happened. The linen was clean but the bathrooms and floor could do with a deep clean as was a little grubby. The receptionists don't always communicate with each other and have limited English. We understand that we shouldn't expect hotels to speak English, but at times things were lost in translation and was difficult to communicate. We would have given this hotel 8.5/10 if it wasn't for the issues with water and electricity.

The beds and pillows were very comfy. Good aircon. The maintenance and cleaning staff were friendly and hard working. Safe hotel as they check the names of tour companies on arrival and take details. Plenty of staff around. Location is great if you want to be close to the marina, it can be a little noisy as next door to the mosque. We were able to get an Uber to other parts of the beachfront for less than £1. We didn't use the pool as read low reviews and found nice spots elsewhere. The hotel did let us have late check out until 4pm complimentary which we were pleased with. We had the balcony room which was lovely in the evening to relax as had good lighting. Laundry service was good. Food in restaurant was OK, the staff tried hard.

The pool and jacuzzi area were noisy and crowded. But the beach was nice.

Nice staff especially in the restaurant. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Excellent location with a nice view for the sea and the marina. Very good food variety well prepared and nicely presented.

The cooperating beach was not suitable for women with Niqab. The stuff there was rude. The Wi-Fi Connection was pretty slippery and you had to Re-log-in every 5 or 10 Minutes or so

No free access to the pool outside of 9-5, pool was closed for cleaning when we wanted to go, forgot to book our taxi so we were late to the airport and nearly missed check in.

- Tv is small and old - Air conditioner works good but it has noise sound hoping you fix it.

Some of the doors were broken. The bathroom sink was broken and blocked. The water was not draining unfortunately. The kitchen was totally empty with even one pan or something to cook with. The kitchen for us was just the fridge and some cups.

The location and the decoration of the hotel style was perfect. The view was beautiful. And it was clean.

The aircon was not working when we checked in. They changed our room after complaint. The Hotel is situated in the Marina and is visible only after entering the gates. Provide instructions to guests to enter the Marina Gate number and then look for The Bay Hotel. Apartment did not have washing machine.

Location was excellent. In the marina. Comfortable apartment for family stay. The Manager Beshoy and Muhammad were very helpful.

The location and the view were very attractive. The marina was near to the hotel we reached easily two minutes walk where we found many restaurants and shops. Food in breakfast was tasty and delicious Essam who served us in the restaurant .was helpful and professional . Front office employee Bisoy allowed us to make late check out at 2.30 b.m without any extra fees

The timing of the meals. I expected it to be open buffet but maybe because of the size of the hotel, this option might not be practical. the room should be booked with no option for meals.

The location is on the side of red sea, restaurants and bars around, very easy to find things around. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. Room is quite big, enough for the whole family to stay.
