We came out with the car and they have a parking very comfortable one. We walk to the city center about 15 minutes. The hotel is very clean room super comfortable amazing shower swimming pool outside free coffee in the lobby 24 hours and everything is with a code and electronic and you know need to contact reception for anything!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The room was sparkling clean and the bed was very wide and comfortable. Very friendly staff and great breakfast with a lot of local delicacies. In the bar you can also get good quality tea, much appreciated!

The bed and bathtub were magnificent. The bed was enormous, as were the bath towels. The TV was extra large. It was quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our short stay. We were warmly welcomed, and everything was on point. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bath in the room and decided to take advantage of it after a 25 km hike. The location is convenient enough to order dinner if you're feeling lazy or too tired to go out. The breakfast buffet was tasty and worth it. Everything was very clean and comfortable! P.S. If you're traveling by car and using the 'parking' filter in booking, be aware of stays where they charge an extra 15-25 euros for parking. In this place, it's included in the price. All in all, I'd say this place is definitely worth the money (or actually, it's even too cheap to be fair).

Everything was absolutely perfect. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Honestly there was nothing wrong and nothing to complain about. Even the pool, its design and number of sunbeds made it a very pleasant stay.

Easy access from the motorway, a short drive, so good for a stopover, maybe not the best location if visiting the citycentre. Also plenty of parking. We didn't eat in the hotel, but we ate very nearby in a sidreria called casa ferino, which was quite good.

The spa seemed always cold and not that clean. Not a lot of cushions put out on the seats daily.

The non healthy breakfast, a lot of carbohydrates, no vegetales The room air-condition did not function, the replacing mobile unit was efficient but noisy, and we had to shut it during the warm night.

The AC wasn’t working and we found a mobile AC unit in the room… it was working but it was noisy and we had trouble sleeping. It can happen but at least they should warn the customer during the check in and let us decide if we are ok with that solution.

Small point: it seemed a pity to charge for a capsule of milk to add to the coffee in my room.

Great facilities, including secure parking. The room couldn't have been better including a huge really comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly and helpful with maps and bus routes.

On arrival, we were disappointed the Hotel was in the middle of a car park. We arrived @ 2pm, check-in was 3pm We were told our room was ready but had to pay a fee to check-in 1 hour early. We were able to get pool towels and we were told we had to pay a fee to change towels. We were there for 4 nights. We requested a late check-out and were given the rates depending on the amount of hours needed. When we tried to confirm the fees had increased, they say the fees we had was for low season.

Pool area was lovely but wouldn`t recommend for families. Definitely dangerous to jump in.

The air conditioning unit was a portable one right next to one of the beds and noisy.Maybe its just particular to that room as there is air conditioning installation in the ceiling.Thankfully we didn't need it. Only coffee facilities, maybe they could include a small kettle and tea facilities for those who dont drink coffee.

Easy to park.Very helpful and friendly reception staff.Comfortable beds.We were given a quiet room at the end of the corridor as we asked, but I can imagine the corridor could be noisy depending on the guests. There are good cafes nearby for breakfast, but I wouldn't eat dinner or lunch nearby.
