Breakfast buffet could have been laid out better.

Room was a good size with a massive balcony. Staff were very efficient and friendly. The location was ideal with the Marina round the corner and plenty of restaurants two minutes walk away.

From walking in to leaving the staff were fabulous. We were upgraded to suite and thus was wow. Great bathtub and large shower . The living area great and very comfortable bed. The terrace was large with fabulous views. Breakfast was excellent freshly maid omelettes and they have thought of everything. Pool area was great no sunbed wars and people were in the pool as it was sunny but cool pool but the indoor pool was great. We will be back for longer stay. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable about area . Fantastic stay

From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, friendly which continued throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet exceptional with made to order omelettes that were light and fluffy. Dinner again exceptional.. The hotel is located really well close to all amenities We would all stay here again.

Loved the location near the beach and restaurants. Loved the pool area which was nice and quiet. The room was spacious with a large balcony.

Need some new more comfortable pillows for the beds. Pre prepared hot breakfast food could have done with being kept hotter.

Breakfast generally very good and varied. Dinners were good Staff were traditional in a good way. Tea was made with proper tea leaves! Caipirinha very good. Reception staff and manager all very helpful

The decking by the pool gets very very hot so had to always wear shoes to the pool.

A decent sized balcony would have been nice. Ours was 1m square. Being very petty here, the cava at breakfast both mornings was flat. Bar leftovers perhaps? Hubby was gonna get a treat from the hotel for his birthday but didn’t. That’s not a problem though

The rooms were bright, airy and well appointed. The balcony was a bonus! The pool area and bar were lovely and private. The breakfast was full if fresh fruit, pastries, meats, eggs, etc! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

Swimming pool a bit deep for me . Shower not very good or powerful. Lack of top bed cover . Pillows not great . Our taxi was booked to return to the airport by the hotel staff but we were going g to Palma Nova . This mistake Cost us an additional 40 euros.

Shower doors leaked a little. With AC on at night, a blanket would have been useful rather than just a single sheet.
