I missed more items in the shared kitchen to be able to cook something, or wine glasses etc. The bed was squeaky.

Everything was fine.

It was very close to all the attractions. We were given clear directions and all our questions were answered quickly. The room was clean. Although I don’t like shared bathrooms, it was perfectly fine here.

The walls were so thin that we barely slept due to the noise from next door. Having a fridge in the kitchen area would have been handy.

it was a little noisy in the evening as it was next to the busy road and the doors to the shared bathrooms didn’t close well so they also made a lot of noise when you opened and closed them. that was only minus

We were a bit surprised that the rooms we booked were not on the same floor and we had to share bathroom with other people staying on the floor. Also, one of the rooms on the 6th floor had a very weird smell. The bathrooms were not too clean and the walls were too thin and we could hear everything from the other rooms.

The location is perfect, everything is within a walking distance. The bus stop to and from the airport is quite close, all the restaurants, places to go are also close. There is also a good caffe close to the location where we had breakfast.

The doors don't quite close or crack open on their own if not locked with a key. One of the bathrooms had problems with mould. The elevator quite tiny so need to take a few trips if more than 2.

The location was excellent close to all the attractions, beaches and shops and restaurants. We had a room with a breathtaking view of the Santa Barbara castle the has an outlook over the whole city. Room very clean, kitchen well equipped and toilets clean. The owner was very responsive, sent all the details and information directly via WhatsApp, we had no issues finding it

Check-in was really complicated. The host send message 15 minutes before check-in asking our informations but didn't replied to us after our replie. Luckily we found cleaner who texted to the host and gived us our keys. Also, we had to text the host how to checkout, because they never answered to our first messages. This seemed to happen also for another guest while we stayed there.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were air conditioner, which were very useful when the temperature dropped at evening. We also got extra duvet. The lcation was good and the view was wonderful.

A Little noisy... but expected with the room pointing into the street near the center!

The room ( nbr.4 ) was nearly 20 sq. m. had good view to the castle Santa Barbera and long out the sea. The 4 rooms shared 2 bathrooms and 1 Kichen with all You needed. Value for the money, in a good spot, near center! Must See... 1. The Castle Santa Barbera. 2. The Old Town.

Nobody to greet you and had to have checked in by 8pm And that was by phone call to open front door then was on the 8th floor and wasn't disabled friendly as lift wasn't big enough for wheelchair

The advert on Booking.com is a little misleading! There are 8 double room units, they do not or have a balcony. There is no kitchen, so if you’re staying longer than a couple of days you need to factor that in.

You will need to eat out for every meal the kitchen is not set up for any cooking. Walls are very thin and we unfortunately had some noisy young guys coming back at 2am from several nights clubbing. Absolutely no fault with the guesthouse but you would be wise the bring earplugs just in case.

The location is great. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Be prepared to communicate using Whatsapp, almost exclusively. Lots of public transport very close by. Big selection of bars, restaurants and cafes very close too. Apartment is on top floor but has a lift.
