For every thing Younes réception you have to go and charge your card to authorise 20 EUR. İt would be better ıf hôtel pre- authorised the lump sum, while we enjoyed comfortable stay fully equipped with no more calls to reception. 2. Although it was quite comfortable and likely because it is new, some things are not thought well in advance, like the side the fridge door opens to. 3. SPA was off 1 hour before the end time and there was no one there in case of security and just to turn on the steam bath or sauna. Also we cannot accept the fact that children are not allowed to go to SPA - parents can take care of them, and there is nothing else to do for them in the whole town. 4. This is not dependant on the hotel but you have the smell of manure all around the town and on the hotel territory as well. 5. We have been missing instructions on the use of the smart lighting apparel, so when I went out at night and come back the light in the whole house turned on, disturbing my baby's sleep
Very comfortable stay on the way from Barcelona to Pyrenees Atlantiques in France in a small agricultural town. The rooms are hi-tech with smart appliances and many lighting options. Staff speaks English and very helpful, although in very small number for such a big facility. TV is super big. SPA is clean, warm, and modern.

(We did come in very late.. but then again.. we asked for the most expensive room.. ) I would expect at least some snack availability

The room was very spacious and modern. I loved the size of bathtub, very relaxing. The restaurant on the ground floor is very reasonable with nice food. The rooftop bar is excellent for a few cocktails.

The rooms were very spacious. I also enjoyed the big, jacuzzi bath that we had in our room. The rooms are tech equipped with lighting and WIFI accessibility.
