Toilet and lavatory could have been more comfortable. We had to walk 8 minutes to the metro station to reach city center. Somewhat expensive.

The apartment was modern and pretty. The sanitary facilities we here somewhat awkward (lavatory in the room, toilet with a door within the room, no privacy. The kitchen was well furnished and ample. The location was elegant but a bit off the Gran Via and commercial area. Supermarket was nearby. Our stay was very good. Both hostess and staff were very nice and helpful.

The flat was spotless clean, looked after in every detail and quite stylish! All equipments are brand new and there is everything you need. The location is also great, you can easily go anywhere from there and there is plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area too. Despite it being in the proximity of the centre of Madrid, the flat is also very quiet and there is no noise whatsoever coming from the street. We really loved our stay and we highly recommend it.

Not really a negative, but for people on a tight budget, the neighborhood is much more fancy so less easy to get cheap eats nearby.

Great neighborhood, just outside the super touristy area (about 15min walk) but located in a perfectly central residential area. Highly recommend for business travelers or people staying a few days, really nice small kitchen area to even prepare meals.

Love the location, comfortable bath and nice towels. Nice greeting when arriving. The apt has three windows which makes it very light during the day, and nice electric shades for sleeping. Super safe for a city location.

Not enough towels. Only 2 small ones. A little bit of washing detergent would have been a nice gesture. Was supposed to have a double bed, but the studio has 2 singles. And mattress not really comfy. There is no side bed lamp on one side.

Kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Comfortable sofa. It has a washer drier machine and an iron made life so easy . Air conditioning was very good. Coffee machine with few pods are definitely a plus. Will return and recommend.

God property in central Madrid, 20 minutes walk to el centro and also the area of Chamberi has it's own bars. There is a decent sized Mercadona right over the road. Building was very nice and the host are easily contactable on whatsapp.

A sign in the bathroom warns you to not throw toilet paper in the toilet, but instead in some kind of box besides the toilet, which is the weirdest thing ever, and a bit disgusting. Also the cleaning staff forgot an used towel behind the bathroom door,.but this is an one thing issue. Place is great,. though.

It has all the amenities you get at home, so you don't actually feel you're in a hotel.
