We had a bit of a scare when a neighbouring apartment was robbed but Laura had the Police straight on site and the stolen goods were recovered on next doors balcony as the thieves were disturbed.

Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable even to sit on, problem with fridge (explained by the cleaning lady to me in Spanish, thankfully I speak it ) View from our balcony was apartments dumping ground . Pool area a little tired .

Location fantastic , spacious apartment, great outdoor space. Quiet at night, great access to beach and short walk from main strip. Cleaned regularly and fresh towels.

The outside area was somewhat undercover and always in the shade and very close to an adjoining restaurant, whilst reasonably quiet by day with casual music, evenings were on occasions a little excessive. We were subjected to migrating customers to and from the restaurant.

The apartment was very close to the beach. Access to the apartment was easy from both directions, it was cleaned regularly, bedding and towelling replenished frequently.

Duplex apt, 4 steps down to living area. Kitchen basic. Turning staircase to get to bed/bathroom. Not so good, especially if not super fit

Location was brilliant, 2 balconies, so Sun all day. 2 sunbeds & a table & chairs. Beds comfy, very quiet at night. Cleaned every 2nd day. Good bathroom & plenty ov hot water. Pool area never that busy as back gate takes you right on to lovely beach in seconds. Apt layout all on the flat.

The shower in the apartment was very slippery but everything else was perfect

The Manager at TAO Caleta Playa was extremely friendly and helpful. Location: right on the beach and shop for bottles of water just around the corner so we didn't have to carry heavy bottles too far. We didn't use the pool but it looked good. Main shopping street very close to apartments with lots of shops, restaurants and bars

The appartments are a little dated chipped tiles and work tops need replacing etc, only two rings to cook with but enough pots and pans to do so. Shower bases are very slippery and stairs may be an issue if you had mobility issues.

Walk outside your door, and you are on the beach, close th the shops and a 7 minute walk to campineiro shopping centre 10 minutes walk to the harbour/ferry port.

Can be a bit noisy, so be aware if traveling with young children. This is due to the restaurant below playing live music til later hours some nights, however, it Didn't bother us on this occasion. The only issue we had was that the towels provided were either new or fairly new, so every time we showered the fluff was coming off. Did say to the cleaner but all she could do was change the towels and we had same issue. Covered in blue fluff post showering lol. We ended up buying our own towels which solved the issue.

We stayed here for a week with our daughter. Location is ideal. 5 mins walk to town centre. Great view from the balcony(a bit shaded during winter months so may differ in summer months. All the staff were polite and very helpful.

The facilities were tired and in need of an upgrade. Needed a new fridge. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, shower screen leaked, toilet loose. Sofa dirty. Insufficient cooking utensils. We were in D07 so next doors balcony directly overlooked ours and could look straight into our apartment, it was not private at all. The apartment is over a restaurant so entry was via stairs in the restaurant - not ideal and inconvenient. Light sensors on stairs weren’t on long enough, so a real hazard when walking down the stairs in the evening.

The lovely views and the location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool area is awful. That bad we did not use the swimming pool or even sunbathe there as it was really depressing.

The location next to the beach is fantastic, felt safe for mother & daughter trip. apartment we had was more than adequate for our stay, cleaned twice thru the week too. Great value for money.

The sofa bed was very very uncomfortable and unbearable to sleep on. I wouldnt even put my teenagers on it so I slept on it and it made my week a very tired one. I didnt like the screen around the pool it looked dirty with hand cream marks etc but also needed it there as there was no supervision/lifeguard for young kids. If it was replaced or cleaned better it might be more appealing.

Location was excellent and close to shops and restaurants. I would go again but make sure nobody is sleeping on the sofabed. The pool area needs a bit of a paint but we were hardly at it. Apartments were cleaned/towels changed three times the week we were there. The complex was very clean and tidy throughtout. Love the direct access to the beach/restaurants.

The upstairs bedroom had no air conditioning which made it extremely warm and uncomfortable at night. Also the plastic mattress protection on one of the beds was really uncomfortable, noisy and clammy. Would’ve liked if the sheets were fitted so they didn’t loosen as soon as you turned in the bed. The fan in the ceiling was too noisy to be able to keep on at night. The fridge in the kitchen was a bit too small to be able to store food and drinks.

Amazing location with super easy access to the beach and centrally placed close to all amenities. Lovely pool with sun majority of the day. Regular cleaning of the apartment and pool.

Lounge area could have had mirror - ladies like to do do /dry hair after showering and their was a lack of mirror close to power point Pillows were like concrete - could have had a better experience regarding this
