The apartment was very clean and modern and in a very good location in the Triana district and a 15 mins walk to the old town. There are lots of nice restaurants, shops and even the famous market is a 3 mins walk from the accommodation. The flat is well equipped, and the ACs were a godsent during the heatwave. It was very quiet, which suited us as we travelled with an 11 months old baby. The owner provided us with a travel cot (with a nice matress) and a highchair. Our bed and pillows were so comfy, too. Didn't sleep so well in months. I would definitely stay here again. One of the best apartments we stayed when travelling.

The appartment was lovely and cool with the A/C and very well equipped with everything you needed and more. The cleaner arrived at 11.00 am as we were checking out and the dishwasher had not quite finished, but she very kindly offered to empty it for us. Also, when we were leaving I picked up the glass and plastic bottles to recycle them in the street bins but she offered to take care of this too. Very kind and friendly

Perfect location, lots of stores, local cafés and restaurants. Close to the center, more locals than tourists which was amazing. Triana is amazing, best location to stay when you're in Seville.

It took a bit too long to get the air conditioning working and the change of apartment sorted out, but in the end it all worked out well.

The place was clean and really nice. There was a problem with the air conditioning upon arrival but after communication with the hosts, arrangements were made to move to a different apartment. From that point, all was great.

The apartment is a gem, perfect for staying a few days. One of the big plus is the location, right in the heart of the Triana district, very close to many bars/restaurants and shops. Yet, the apartment is very quiet at night. The Triana market is also closed by and a must to visit. Reaching the main touristic attractions takes 15-20 minutes by foot, and it’s a lovely stroll by the river. The private parking is also a big plus. The apartment itself was new and clean, with everything needed for a short stay. Communication with the host was swift and clear; they seem to really want to provide everything needed for a perfect stay. We also appreciated the self check-in and check-out, and opening the doors using codes. All the instructions on how to access the apartment and garage were clear and easy to follow. Overall, we cannot recommend enough this place!

Mind you that while location is good; it’s a good 15-25min walk to main stuff depending on where you want to go. One issue for us in the flat was the air circulation; you could feel there wasn’t much air circulation, we also dis laundry which took 3 days to dry.

It was very clean like actually clean as it should be. We also loved the hotel standard comfortable bed.

It was hard for us to get to it with our vehicle. If you are familiar with the area, I'm sure it would be easy, but it was a bit stressful for us. Once we started walking around, it wasn't hard, but the initial driving there was no fun.

This was a nice treat. It was extremely difficult to get to with our vehicle. Many of the streets are one way and there is absolutely no parking. Once we found a spot, we just left the car and walked to the apartment 15 minutes away. Once inside, the apartment was wonderful! There were two bedrooms and it was so clean. It is very spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is a washing machine in the unit (no dryer, but they have a rack) which we used and was much appreciated. The location is fantastic. The Triana area is across the canal from Seville, but it is a very easy walk across the bridge. Triana has lots of shops and restaurants and you could spend days just there. The pedestrian areas are fun and have lots going on. Our street was very quiet, which was nice. We would definitely recommend staying here - it would be great for 2 couples or a small family. Very easy to walk everywhere from here.

Communication from the host was very good. We had our door code the day before we arrived. The flat was a great size. It was really nice to have separate living and sleeping space. We loved the terrace. The location in Triana was excellent.

We happened to be there during the Spanish blackout that happened recently. While there are both the apartment complex as well as individual apartment backup keys available accessible via lockboxes for such emergencies we did not know codes. 99.9% of cases this won't be needed though.

We stayed at Duplex Apartment and, I must say, it is rare but this one exceeded my expectations. It is better than photos. Everything is exceptionally clean, amenities are all there and the whole apartment complex is new and very nice with its own staff and concierge. Very close to everything too. A fantastic place to stay, totally recommended.

The only downside of the apartment was the bed. The shared mattress transferred every movement without any cushioning, so whenever one of us turned over during the night, it woke the other up. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a good night’s sleep.

Modern, clean apartment in an elevator building located in the perfect Triana neighborhood. Everything is close by, yet you can enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city center across the river.

The Triana neighborhood location was great for us as we love to walk. We liked everything about this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and very quiet. Safe neighborhood close to restaurants and easy walk to Seville proper. We were on an interior courtyard that was very private with lots of light. It even had a washing machine (an instruction manual would have been a helpful addition). The onsite hosts (daytime) were very accomodating to our schedule.

Very clean and well done apartment. Loved the whole access and apartment overall. The bathroom and beds were good and comfortable. Over all well done and looks clean and neat. Nice place to stay and relax. Very reachable to most spots and lots of dinning options within 5 mins walk from this apartment. The pillows could have been bigger, they were very narrow but soft. Not a huge problem but could have been better. Parking and driving in the street was difficult, it's narrow so the best option is nearby garage which is 7 mins away by walk. But sometimes the parking can be full, so going to other garages helps. Apartment wise I think we loved it, it was beautiful and relaxing.

For some reason our boiler was off on arrival which meant a bit of to-img and fro-img to get sorted, but was all good in the end.

Very well appointed stylish apartment in cool location. Easy walking distance across the bridge to the city centre. Apartment has washing machine and dishwasher which are always welcome, particularly with a child. The use of a lift was helpful for our luggage. We found the apartment quiet and free on street parking nearby was an extra bonus.

It was a bit pricey compared to the other months of the year, so a little suprised of the price comparison.

Location was perfect, on a lovely street near to bars and local restaurants, Triana is an ideal spot to get around Seville.
