- [ ] No hair dryer or iron and when we asked for those items in the day we was told we had to wait until 8pm to get one as they wasn’t going to be on site. - [ ] Building work going on next door from 7am. No information was given about this, therefore couldn’t open the door for some air because it was so loud, which brings me onto the air conditioning, we asked for the remote to use it and was not given one so the entire apartment was hot - [ ] We chose the pay at the property option and because of this they added on an additional £20.00 with no reason - [ ] No 24 hour front desk, was extremely hard to contact the staff, they never replied to my booking.com messages and we had to call multiple times, wasn’t sure what to do on check out so we waiting for someone and no one came so we left the cards on the desk - [ ] No daily housekeeping- they didn’t come once, so we had no fresh towels - [ ] Only 2 hangers for your clothes and just one shelf, no wardrobe, just one pole

Apartment was great, perfect size for 2 people, beach and amenities within 3-5 minute walking distance

Faint smell of smoke on the soft furnishings - as non-smokers we could detect this but it did not bother us too much.

Close to bus station, the beach, bars and restaurants. Balcony overlooking pedestrian areas. Cleaned daily. Reception staff were friendly and efficient.

Not enough plug sockets in room, no lock on bathroom door, no instructions for safe, only allowed two rolls of toilet roll per day which isn’t a lot between 6 people.

Only had air con in the communal room, none in bedrooms which was very hot for us at times. Clean towels only given every couple of days, room isn’t cleaned until check out but it was a reasonable cost so we can’t complain too much.

Even though they provide free WiFi, the service isn’t very great on the higher levels (was on the 4th floor from street level). Had to use my data most of the time. Bedding could have been better quality, but was bearable. Also the security guard was too strict, wanted to invite a friend for a couple drinks, however wasn’t permitted to enter the property.

Location is great, only 5 minute walk from bus station. Cleaning lady was wonderful, very friendly! Had everything that was needed within the apartment. Reception staff also friendly. Also was able to leave bags in storage room as had a late flight (midnight), where checkout is at 11am.

The wifi service was horrible, you can connect on the entrance floor but in our room it never worked despite they saying it would. The same for the TV, it had no service. The towels were falling apart, despite them changing every couple of days.

For San Antoni the location is great, the staff was also really nice. They have private parking but it's a 6min walk from the building.

Not recommended for a long stays as there is not really big. Sofa is not comfy and is only for 2. The rest of us had to sit in the chairs all the time. Also, would be great if a basic kitchen stuff is provided: like salt/sugar/oil Toaster was broken.

Location is great and the apartment perfectly fits 5 people for a small stay.
