The room was very noisy this time due to being put right next to reception. Will book a pool side or sea view next time.

Breakfast service was fantastic every morning. Always greeted with a walk welcome and food on offer was great. I had been previously with my mum earlier in the year and have just stayed with my daughter. Will be returning for sure.

If anything the hotel could do with a little update, bathrooms especially, shower was a bit rusty. Pool area OK but best skinnier spots always taken with towels early morning, which was a little annoying as it always is as no one there

The facilities offer everything you would need for a comfortable beach holiday. The sea view room had a beautiful view of Cala Llonga. The pool on the other side of the building offered a quiet relaxing contrast to the beach. The Room and beds were very comfortable. Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent lots of fresh fruit.

The bathroom in room had no proper dehumidifier system and the window in the bathroom was locked. Also there was mold around the shower head and every corner of the shower which didn’t make it very pleasant. Could use some newer decor as it feels a bit outdated.

The hotel is well located, close by to lots of restaurants & small shops (supermarket, pharmacy) Loved how quiet and peaceful the area the hotel is located at. We had very good nights sleep and beds are comfortable. The all inclusive breakfast was amazing :) Staff was always nice, welcoming and happy to help

The location and breakfast were excellent and the view from our balcony was beautiful. We had a problem with hot water in our room. It was very inconsistent and the room was fairly noisy with annoying bass music. We absolutely adored Ibiza though and Cala Llonga

I can't really criticise anything as they try really hard - and they deliver! Good value for money, I would say, on an island where pretty much everything is expensive. The only thing I might say is that the AC in the rooms could be a little more powerful. I accept that it was summer in Spain and so it's hot! The AC DID work and we WERE comfy at night - but it could maybe have been a little stronger.

We know this hotel well as have family who stay there every summer. We usually stay elsewhere on the island and visit the hotel for a meal or two. This year we decided to stay at the hotel with our relatives. If you have kids - or teens - I can't recommend this place enough. Cala Llonga itself is a PERFECT beach / bay for families / people with kids and teens - and Hotel El Pinar is a PERFECT place for families / people with kids / teens to stay. I don't want to sell it as a place where it's wall to wall yelling, running, shouting kids - because it's not. It's just really family-friendly but still in a calm, quiet, Ibizan way. Staff are SUPER friendly and helpful, right on the beach (you couldn't get closer) which means that the kids can wander between the beach and the hotel pool with ease - and food, we noticed, has gone up a notch in quality since last year. Well done to El Pinar on all counts. We had a super 10 days with you and wish we were still there!

We had trouble checking in to our room and the beds weren’t made up as a double. Our room was meant to have a view but was furthest away so this was obscured.

The location is excellent, the breakfast is good too. Most impressed by comfort room in day of departure which really allowed us to enjoy our final day.

Our room wasn't made up properly or fully cleaned for the duration of our stay. A couple of the beds were made in our apartment but we didn't get fresh towels until day 3 of 4. This may have been because we were in an apartment rather than a studio or other room which could have meant an expectation for more self-cleaning. It wasn't the end of the world. Our shower fixture was also very loose which meant we had to shower by hand which again, isn't the end of the world but could have been better.

The location and area of Cala Llonga exceeded all expectations. For the price, the location and hotel is hard to beat with stunning views of the beach. The staff were very quick to resolve some initial issues with our reservation which was great to see as our booking was complex.

The booking service of a taxi from the hotel can be slightly better. In my opinion, the average time that it would take for the taxi to arrive should be provided to the customer.
