The place is amazing and the location is perfect. Abdel, the young man at front desk couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, he helped us with all our enquiries and requests. Apartment was spotless, spacious, very confortable and had A/C. Would definitely recommend it and stay again if we're back to.Alicante.

The location very close to restaurants and the beach . Within 5 to 10 minutes walk of lovely restaurants and bars .You could walk to shops or into the old town of Alicante.

As mentioned by others leaving feedback there is a smell in the entrance. Possibly drains as you can also smell it out in the street at times. Not in the apartment so didn’t bother us.

Very helpful staff on reception. After contacting them they had our apartment ready for our early arrival. Key codes given to us on arrival. Having a lift to the 3rd floor apartment was very helpful. Many eateries and bars around. A little street noise that was mostly shut out by the windows/ blinds. Beautifully clean and well equipped, although we didn’t cook in the apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and modern apartment with a balcony. Everything available: towels, hair dryer, kettle. Nice owner who greeted us every time at the reception with a smile. A big plus is the location of the apartament in the city center. I would recommend to anyone and love to come back.

Aroma in the stairwell wasn’t always great.

Perfect location in the heart of the old city. Apartment was modern, smartly decorated & well furnished plus it was really clean. Check in was easy & the helpful host showed us around / explained how to get in & out.

We had a lovely stay here, we plan to revisit again this year. The suite was superb with balconies at both sides meaning we had the sun all day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very central to bars, restaurants and museums

The bed is not very comfortable and every time we turned around, we can hear the cracking sound...also the apartment is located above the restaurants and the sound isolation was not very good. If you are sensitive to the noise, please bring your earplugs.

The location is really good, in the center of the city and it's close to everything. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room itself is spacious and nice. Price-quality wise- it's a good choice

The streets either side of the apartment are very narrow with an office opposite on living room side and apartments on the bedroom side. It would be good if there were some seer curtains on the windows.

It is in a great location for exploring the town and for evenings out in the restaurants and bars in the old town. The apartments has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The main patio door didn’t lock, the staff tried to get it fixed but had to order the part which didn’t arrive during our stay. It did not bother us however!

The property is in the perfect location for the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars virtually on the doorstep. Walking distance to the port and the castle making it a great base. The apartment was very clean and obviously well kept.
