2 single beds pushed together wasn't great for us, albeit the mattresses themselves were very comfortable - I would suggest that for 'couples', some means of attaching the single beds in the middle to make a 'double bed' would be a really good idea!

Good choice at meal times - the chefs made a big effort every day to give a good variety of meals! Bar staff, especially the guy at the adults pool bar was exceptionally friendly and efficient.

Walls are thin. I was woken by voices and babies crying.

Excellent value for money, great for families. Pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds. There was a good choice for the buffet food. Great location for walking round the bay.

The staff was amazing the hotel manager upgraded my stay at the hotel when I checked in. Food was great and staff was so very friendly and helpful.

Bed sheets and towels are in need of replacing. Was extremely breezy, which made the sliding balcony door rattle loudly.

Perfect location. Big swimming pools. Varied menu with delicious food. Excellent value . Helpful staff. Bus to the airport right beside the hotel.

Beds not the confiest and rooms not very soundproof.

Great location, right by the bus stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop sunset bar is a hidden gem, amazing views. Love the fact there is an adult only pool.

As I was all inclusive it would have been nice if the fridge was kept stocked with some drinks even just water. I had a bottle of water and bag of nuts on the first day but that was it.

The difference in price when booking between just a room and all-inclusive for my 4 night stay made it a no brainer to go for all inclusive. The San Miguel flowed nicely throughout my stay, the food was good but not an amazing amount of choice. It was very busy in the 'restaurant' more like a canteen atmosphere but a nice one. Room was comfortable and clean and made up each day no matter how late I stayed in bed. The pools were lovely, although I was traveling on my own I preferred the bigger family pool to the adult only pool as it was quieter. Good location for visiting San Antonio Bay and San Antonio reachable on foot and a boat taxi available for 5 euro.

Soft drinks and juices are very sweet.. and quality of coffee can be improved

Stuff is polite, helpful and accommodating, we had booked half board but at arrival upgraded to all inclusive which was a nice compliment. Rooms are clean and spacious and beds are large and comfy. Breakfast choice was OK (but still better than some other hotels we have stayed) but lunch and dinner was amazing, lot of choice, day to day variety(mexican, asian, spanish paella) and very tasty even for vegetarian there is plenty of choice. Pools and rooftop terrace are very nice for chilling.

No kettle or iron. The bathroom needs renovation, especially a bath/shower.

Very big beds. Food was ok, if you are not very fussy on food. Every day you can find what to eat. Nice view from window. Have parking.

I saw a cockroach in the buffet area. The snacks were kinda bad and basic but it was ok for the price

My only slight complaint is the smell at the far end of the smaller pool. There seems to be a sewage smell at that particular area

They gave 3 bottles of water for the first day only. It would have been better if they provide water bottles everyday. They put a non-removable wrist band for the whole duration of stay. It should be removable.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a balcony from where you can see the sea a little bit. It had a mini refrigerator. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was included and in those menu there were varieties of options. Even the drinks were included. Everyday in the evening there was a cultural event. They have two swimming pools which are well maintained.

The food was not great but it wasn’t bad so due to the numerous choices I always found something to eat but wasn’t the best quality I had eaten. The pool areas were packed and the crowd in the adult pool looked intimidating. I was very glad I had access to the lovely terrace to sunbathe

Rooms were nice and it was great value for money as I appeared to have access to the 4th floor terrace which was lovely and quiet for sunbathing. I also liked that on the day of check out we could still be all inclusive until 7pm. It was also excellent value.
