The flushing of the toilet and use of shower can get a bit nosiy.

We had a small balcony with the street view. It was nice. The room is good size, there are chairs and table to sit and put things on, which I think are pretty handy in a room. staff are friendly and the common area has everything you need. Location is great, close to main attractions and got plenty nice place to eat.

At night, the room was very cold. I think it would be super comfortable there in the summer, but in May, the weather in Barcelona was cool, and the room temperature was uncomfortable. The hairdryer was very weak.

The location is absolutely perfect, close to the metro. The room was very clean and nice. The staff is amazing and super friendly. There was a shared kitchen in the hotel that guests could use, and it was equipped with everything needed. There was even coffee and muffins.

I would have liked more info about the work taking place. I knew that I could not use the terrace and that was fine I expected that. I did not expect workmen to be walking past the window. I couldn’t open and curtain for the time I was there

The staff is so friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and decided to come back to finish our trip another 3 nights. They have a full kitchen with complementary tea, coffee and pastries. We stayed at one property the first visit and the last property was a little bigger. We will definitely come back!

Couldn’t use the terrace due to building work but knew ahead of time and was given the option to cancel. Given a bottle of champagne as compensation.

It was noisy at night with the traffic and hard to sleep but that was to be expected really.

An old hotel in need of modernization. The price is a bit high for these conditions. I wanted to rent the room for one more night, but they raised the price because of the upcoming Easter holiday, and I gave up.

Our room was a bit small. Walls are thin and you can hear people as they’re going through the corridor.

Good location, metro and bus stations nearby. Reception staff were very friendly. Rooms are basic but nice. The kitchen area is nice too.

Welcoming staff who were happy to help when I had an issue with the bathroom door and stored my luggage upon early arrival. Nice check in/out hours. Common kitchen area well equipped. Spacious and bright room with high ceiling and balcony was a nice touch. Easy to find, good location near metro.

The location was excellent. We liked, that the centre and Gothic quarters and also the market was about 10-15 minutes to walk. Room was cosy but clean. Bathroom also nice. We arrived in the midnight and could do the late check in with paying a little extra. The reception people were very friendly and helpful.

Construction and scaffolding on the balcony, needed to keep the curtains/windows closed during the stay as there was men posted outside. Bathroom lock didn’t work. Got stuck once

It was safe and secure to get into the building, the staff were fantastic at introducing us to the place. Complimentary breakfast items in the kitchen such as milk, cereal, tea coffee, bread etc. Our room was cleaned and towels/sheets were changed everyday which was just amazing!! Great staff
