The decor is a little tired. Some of the walls are covered in scuff marks and a lot of the paler furniture is visibly dirty. One of the balcony doors was broken (off its hinges) and the floors were not very clean on arrival - we could have done with a brush to sweep the main living space.

Spacious and in a great location! The apartment has good facilities. It is bright and airy.

Two minor niggles prevented 10/10 rating: The modem was faulty and kept dropping both Wi-Fi and internet connection, requiring a reboot. This has been reported and should be fixed. One of the balcony doors was difficult to shut.

The apartment is in a great location, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable.

Tight stairs up to the apartment. Cyclists in the apartment about wore cycle shoe clattering on the floor above and on the stairs. Although that only a few minutes in the morning, we were possibly out when they returned.

Their office was around the corner about 100m away. There is someone in the office during opening times.

Homeless people in the court yard were a pain! Shower was tricky to regulate...can you show us next time!

the location was perfect. the apartment was super pretty and the views to the canal are very special and one of the most beautiful things Girona has to offer. the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities needed. great stay! would definitely come back there and recommend it!

The air conditioner unit is on the enclosed balcony connected to a bedroom. We could open the windows to vent, but the unit created much heat and we weren't sure about the health aspect. So we just didn't run it at night in case it could be a problem. And during the day, the extra heat helped dry our clothes line fast. I should note that I have no idea if this set up is truly a problem. I didnt ask or research, but in my home country it's customary for such a whole home a/c unit to be mounted outside or vented outside. The apartment was cool enough at night without the a/c anyways, so it worked for us.

A top property from booking.com's inventory. We had high expectations from photos and other ratings, and we were still impressed. Very clean, and everything seemed new. Checkin was quick, smooth, and the staff member was friendly and helpful. Not accessible by car, but we booked a secure underground parking garage 10 minutes away. We found there was possibly a large outdoor parking lit even closer. 2 bathrooms. Working washer. Comfortable bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Nice Rituals brand bath products. Best location!!! When we came out, we were at the old town side of the Eiffel Bridge's steps. The balcony overlooks a key street with restaurants and shops. We enjoyed Girona on foot easily from here, walking to the sites and the wall, as well as dinner and great shopping.

We arrived by car, and that was a bit challenging. After being in the city for a few days, it was more clear where you can drive and where you can't, but the initial trip into the area was a bit stressful. I'd recommend a cab for arriving/departing, if that's an option. Also, the apartment did not have a lift/elevator - not a huge problem for our group, but 2 flights of stairs with luggage on arrival/departure is a consideration too. Otherwise really great spot!

The location was perfect, and the staff was really helpful (Victor was the best host/introduction we experienced in our entire trip throughout Spain). The apartment was spacious, well stocked, and in a great location for cycling and seeing the key sites around the older part of Girona. Nice views of the city/street on one side of the apartment (small 2nd story deck on the street side with cathederal view) and one of the bedrooms also had a view of the river and red bridge.
