Great location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful pool area. Food at the pool cafe was delicious. Breakfast varied and very good. Room comfortable and spotless. Good shower.

Breakfast stating time of 8 o clock is very late, especially if you plan to travel other parts of Mallorca in the day.

Disturbed sleep from people above and either side. Could do with more sound proofing. No allergen information on buffet for breakfast so was limited to what we could eat as a ceoliac. We took our own cereal and ate fruit and yogurt. Not a complaint just an observation .

Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely pool area. Reasonable bar prices. Great position for beach and restaurants. Located on a quiet street.

there were many guests of other accomodations in the pool and the hotel, also locals use the pool often as there’s no security entering the hotel. We didn’t mind it until three girls were filming tiktoks in the swimming pool as we’re swimming there, they told us that they used the swimming pool often and live nearby there’s also no security for breakfast so you can easily enter the breakfast area for free

The cleaning lady was amazing! we had Bonnie as our cleaning lady, she was very kind and cleaned our room every single day, we got new towels and even a little treat from her! the swimming pool is great! however if you go in the month of april it is too cold to swim, however there’s a small inside pool which you can use! the rooms are great, veey spacious, we stayed at the junior suite, where you have sun in the morning on the balcony!

When we checked in, it was a very powerful smell of chlorine in the room. Didn't had a problem with that after the first day. It was far from the centrum of Palma and the buses were full every time. The opening hours of the pool - it would have been nice if we could use the pool until 9 p.m. maybe.

The view was amazing! Very close to the beach! The food was good, a lot of things to choose from the buffet. The atmosphere at the bar in the evening was soo nice and cozy.

The gym is too small with constant passage of people to access the indoor pool .. considering the enormous amount of space dedicated to the bike storage it’s a pity

Just a hair dryer could have more power

Perfectly clean (thanks to Nubia), friendly people (gentleman with glasses at the reception desk), wide variety of great food, all fresh and yummy, great pool area, really comfortable It was a very relaxing Easter break And the location is 10/10 - 2 mins walk to the beach, same to the bus shops and a bus stop

Our room was not the best. I did not like the beds (two singles pushed together ro make a double that easily came apart) and the pillows were not comfortable. Our room was on the 7th floor and there are only 2 tiny elevators to take so this was always a time consuming thing. Breakfasts were not so great, kind of always the same.

I liked the outside pool (however it is not a heated pool so in April, it was still a bit cold to enjoy) and the sun beds are great to spend a day in. The outside bar makes great cocktails and nice lunch for a good price. The staff was always nice, helpful and hardworking. The live music nights are fun, we have seen the band and the lady singer. Great dinners, many choices. This place is a great value for money!

House keeping service was poor, the room was untidy. Pillows are terrible.

Genuinely nothing to complain about!

Everything was great - the room and attention to detail, everything immaculately clean, the selection and variety at breakfast, the location (three mins’ walk from the beach)… but the absolute best was how nice and attentive all members of staff I spoke to were. Best value for money I’ve found in years. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The aircon in the room was not on since it was not really a season to put it on (end of March), although it felt warm. We only had a fan in the ceiling.

Very good facilities, location and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were really good - plenty of options. Sauna, indoor pool, and gym were great. I made use of the parking, which was okay, but there are plenty of options outside to park for free. A family-friendly hotel - I loved the junior suite with Balcony

Rooms need an overhaul and are poorly sound insulated I would expect at least still water to be served during dinner and tea selection was very basic/low end at breakfast. Sadly no direct connection from indoor pool to outside and sauna was not working half the time. Pool was fine during March but I can imagine it must be too small if many guests make use of it during summer. 2 elevators are sadly not enough for the size of the hotel. I would expect billiard / pool table to be free in a hotel of this category

Central location, great buffet for breakfast and dinner incl show cooking (positive surprise at this price level), staff consistently excellent. Overall we were pleased with value for money and also stayed at another BG hotel in the north but Caballero was far better. We have a couple of improvement points but nonetheless overall opinion is very positive
