Just don’t use the indoor pool - it is not worth the extra money that get charged for booking bookers as it is old and broken

The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor. The sound of dragging stools upstairs was very noticeable even though it was only before 10pm.

We had a couple of small problems that they didn’t help me with but they were resolved once I put my guard-dog/latina girlfriend in them at which point they apologised and gave us free drinks. The hotel and location are 10/10!! The barman was also very kind and helpful :)

Dinner is buffet style and didn't seem in keeping with what is a great hotel, but it wasn't expensive and all tasted OK.

The location is stunning. A lift to a small sandy cove. Views out to sea staff very friendly and professional.

The location on a cliff with beautiful view. Some distance from town so restaurants and bars there are only accessible wirh a car. Beautiful spacious interiors. Helpful staff. Food was good.

Overall the property was a bit dated and in need of maintenance, of which much was occurring. Nothing at all that prevented a memorable experience though. The dinner buffet was just "ok" although the breakfast offering / buffet was very diverse and tasty.

The view was killer for the sunrise, sunset, and natural beauty. Fantastic! The walking trail outside (along the sea) and or on property was incredible, though not for the faint of heart. The town was a short and easy walk with many great food and shopping options. Overall, a really great place for an excellent value. so glad we were told about it.

The room required a refresh with broken closet doors, noticeable stains on both the walls and bathtub. Additionally, the window facing the street failed to close properly, resulting in significant street noise. During our stay, the entrance door of the hotel was broken, necessitating manual opening of the sliding door. In comparison to other hotels in the vicinity, our experience fell short, as we encountered superior accommodations elsewhere on other occasions.

The WiFi connection was very weak and did not work in our room. It was also an open, unsecured network.

Fabulous location right on the seafront with easy access by road or beach/cliff walk to Playa de Aro and Palamós.

Our en suite bathroom was very small. The shower/bath needs handrails and non slip mat for safety.

The beautiful location on a cliff overlooking the sea. Gardens looked almost tropical and the dimensions of the lounges were palatial. Direct access to the beach via lift. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was quite good.

the room was not cosy, no carpet on the floor and very empty in term of decoration or personnalisation. Parking is small and they did not give info on the second parking at the entry so our check in were just a mess. We had to wait at the reception to be told their is another parking across the road...

One mistake made at check in that left is sleepless for a full night. They kind of checked some one else into our room and we woke up in the middle of the night to people standing and staring at us and complaining about that being their room!!! Gash that was so humiliating. The Man couldn't get out without an explanation like it was our fault🙄 It felt kind of insecure but an amazing breakfast buffet washed all of that away👌😉. GASH WE LOVED THE FOOD. Gracious👏

The view was amazing, A piece of paradise I would call it, got addicted to the sun rise. Still miss it😕.. Place was super clean.enjoyed the trails O. M. G.. We liked prajya DI'ALO. We will definitely be back. 🤗👍
