We had a wonderful stay! The room was not only nice but also clean and incredibly spacious. The location was ideal with excellent connections to the city, and the proximity to bus stops made it so convenient for exploring. Highly recommended!

The room was great for me being a wheelchair user and the. Bathroom was perfect for my need , no shower chair though there was a small stool. Could of done with a comfortable chair for My husband in the living area

Lack of dedicated parking nearby. You either take your chances with roadside places - free from 20:00 till 09:00 - and which can be a nightmare to find or go for 20E/day.

We were staying for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. Good modern bathroom and nice comfortable bed. It matched our expectations. About 10 minutes walk from city center.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety of hot food. Miss some days the coffee and tea in the room but it is not typical in Spain.

The room was spotless, and the beds were super confortable. People in reception were very friendly and helpful.

Parking here was a bit of a challenge (in a separate parking deck) and somewhat confusing. Hotel staff could improve communication about where to park.

A wonderful place to stay for a night in San Sebastian! Easy checkin, friendly staff, very clean, and everything feels new and fresh. Appreciated the free bottle of water in the room + the choice of a soft vs. more firm pillow.

This isn’t really a criticism because we knew it was a 20 minute walk into town before we booked it. It didn’t take us even 20 minutes - and the number 38 bus seems to go past every few minutes - but if you aren’t very mobile, you would probably prefer to be closer in

The room was huge, the bed was huge with a selection of both soft and hard pillows, and it was provided with everything a traveller could possibly need. The Euskotren station is 10 minutes away max on foot and there are bars and cafes and food shops just around the corner from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in San Sebastián.

We had stayed in another Casual Hotel in Valencia and were very happy with the chain so wanted to try one in San Sebastian and the Casual de las Olas did not disappoint in any way. We had a lovely twin room at the front of the hotel but the soundproofing was brilliant so there was no traffic noise at all. The room itself was huge and very well appointed and all the staff we came into contact with were so helpful. The location of the hotel was brilliant. The transport links from the hotel to the Old Town and other parts of the city were so convenient. If we were to pay another visit to San Sebastian we would definitely stay at this hotel.

There was nothing to complain about.

We stayed there because there was no albergue open in Donostia for the pilgrims. It really saved our night and the room was nice, comfortable, clean with good beds.

This hotel is under rated! It exceeded my expectations for a 2 star hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and very good public bus connection to the city center. Highly recommend!
