Super clean, nice hotel in the middle of Madrid. Room was big enough for 2. You can reach every major attractions by waking. Staff were super friendly.

But if you want to sleep with the window open in silence, you won’t be able to—there’s a renovation project nearby, construction starts at 8 a.m. on weekdays, and it’s definitely noisy at night because of the busy street next door. If you want peace and quiet, it’s better to find a place farther from the center

5 steps away from Puerta del Sol, in the heart of Madrid, with metro and bus stations just 2 mins walking. The rooms are nice, the staff is kind, and everything is clean and easy-going.

Myself and my daughter had the most fantastic stay at Dot for feb mid-term getaway with location perfect. Staff were were so friendly & fabulous and coukdnt do enogh for us by ordering taxis, having our room beside our friends. Balcony was an absolute bonus. Bed was a bit hard and definitely the option of a door near the shower area for privacy would be a must for us.

Lovely and in the heart of things. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent. Good location in the heart of things. The beds were a tiny bit hard and as we were not a couple the option to have a door to close in the shower area would have been very appreciated. Overall a great choice and would recommend.

Even if not related to the hotel itself, the restaurant, connected to the hotel, was not that good mainly for the service: the waiters were rude and not professional.

The bed and matrasses very comfortable. The rooms were big and quiet. The rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is central. The team at the reception was welcoming, very polite and very supportive.

The lobby is not designed good - no wifi at the lobby (at the rooms there is a good wifi),no appropriate toilets and no electricity plugs to charge the phones

We really liked the overall vibe of the hotel and super friendly and helpful staff members. The room size (space), the comfy bed and pillows and the bathroom all was great. Cleaniness would be 10/10 and this is super important. Location is perfect as well.

The one issue I had was that the window was super dark and looked out on a balcony. Doesn't help that the room is painted dark colours but it was ok. I was only there to sleep and go to a business meeting so it didn't matter.

Really nice and modern. Room looked just like the pics. Great location. Corte inglés across the street for all your needs. Mon-sat. Loved the connected restaurants too. WiFi was good for a work call too.
