Getting served for breakfast can be an interesting experience as the staff are very busy serving guests who eat on the square. If you chose the eat inside you can tend to be overlooked.

The rooms are beautiful and the bedding is wonderful. It’s exactly where you need to be in terms of location. The receptionists were charming and very helpful. There is a wonderful atmosphere here - it’s a beautiful hotel.

There was nothing not to like.

The Hotel was in the perfect location to walk to everything. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. We were gone for 3 weeks moving every night and this was our favorite hotel and room. Breakfast was delicious and loved how they had outdoor seating in the courtyard.

Beautiful boutique hotel with perfect location for walking around Palma. The room was lovely with attention to small details and a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard with the hustle and bustle of Palma. The breakfast is served outside in the courtyard (there is also indoor seating for days with poor weather but we had lots of sun) and was delicious. But most importantly the staff were SUPER welcoming and went above and beyond. They were available at all hours (we flew in very late and flew out very early) and catered to all our needs at every hour, including packing a special to-go breakfast for our early flight with fresh coffee, fruits and sandwiches. And always with a big smile -- thank you for the amazing service and hospitality! We highly recommend Hotel Cort and will be back for sure <3

The whole experience: from arrival, the exceptional choice and quality of breakfast, great restaurant, the staff, the suite absolutely fantastic felt like home away from home. We liked everything, actually. The hand shower attachment could have done with a cradle on the wall but that's a detail!

Loved the Plaça suite, which was very clean and attractively furnished with art books and objets. The bed was comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The Molton Brown bath products were luxurious and generously provided....plenty of towels, and extra if requested. Breakfast was very good with lots of options, served till noon. The reception staff were excellent, suggesting suitable trips for winter, booking restaurants, taxis etc.

I personally didn't like the amount of pillows on the bed. But that's my taste.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the hotel was excellent for our walking out and about, the location is very central and easy to get to most places on foot. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, a super place to stay, we'll be going back again.

There was constant daytime loud noise outside in the plaza of cranes removing Xmas decorations for three days. Management should inform guests when they anticipate extreme loud noise. The breakfast was not up to standard and not elegantly served. The restaurant menu is Japanese. If you are not into Japanese food then there is no restaurant. The service is friendly but not very professional. No lobby per se.

3rd floor suite was beautifully designed, great bathroom, comfortable beds, lovely view of the plaza, nice boutiquey feel. Service at reception was EXCELLENT. Jose was friendly and accommodating and Mikaela was awesome. She took care of our very complicated airline reservations and was always super attentive and very professional. The location is perfect - close to everything.
