Didn’t clean under the beds and left a dead cockroach lying on the floor. We did ask to stop spraying chemicals because I didn’t want to inhale them. ( you smell it when you enter the room after the cleaning). The dinner buffet was a bit disappointing. I would not book full board- there are nice places to eat quite near! We booked pool view .The view from the entrance direction ocean is ugly- a huge building pit.

The hotel is in a really nice village with a surfers vibe. The pools looked nice, beds were comfortable , shower good en breakfast as well. A supermarket 2 doors down from the hotel

No coffee and tea facilities in room and fridge did not work. There was a code machine but no thing to put in it.

Seating in the dining room and bar area was not comfortable. Furniture looked good and new but not comfortable to sit in. Live music in the bar was very loud.

Everything was perfect. They even give you a towel that you can use for the beach and pool. Great location for travelers who like to be close to local people. 20 minutes drive to Coralejo

Nice and beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and delicious breakfasts. A comfortable pool area and rooms with a nice design. About El Cotillo - small town with many cozy restaurants. The coast is mostly rocky. It's always cloudy and has a lot of waves, making it a great destination for surfers. The coast is actively being developed, so there is a lot of construction going on nearby.

Parts of hotel looking a little tired, and room, although immaculately clean, was slightly on the small side, but not a huge issue.

Superb stay. Perfect location for Cotillo's excellent beaches. Great breakfasts with super selections. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Our room faced the street where a new hotel was being built, so every morning we were woken up by construction noise (but at least we didn’t oversleep because of it :) ). If you have the option, choose a room with a pool view.

The only downside was that some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, particularly the door card, which failed multiple times. A little maintenance would go a long way.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was varied and generally tasty. The location was also quite good.

The soundproofing was poor, especially in rooms with connecting doors. I could hear everything from normal conversations to bathroom use and even private activities.

I loved the welcoming staff, the great location, and the relaxing atmosphere, especially the pool and breakfast. The no-smoking policy was also a big plus!

My only slight criticism is the seating in the restaurant was a little hard. It wasn't a problem as the outdoor seating had soft foam cushions so I opted to sit outside

I couldn't fault this hotel, it really was perfection. I had an amazing stay. Rooms immaculate, restaurant served great food and all the other areas of the hotel were really good.
