The electric shutter was not working. It was not working as well last year. It did not change our experience anyway.

This is our 4th time. So, this says it all.. :-) We like the apartment as a whole, it's furniture, quality beds and view of the sea.

The Electric shutters did not work. As we are very sensitive to light at night, the curtains were not enough to prevent from street light to enter. I guess that for most people, the curtains are good enough.

The location was just next to the beach and close to some restaurants. There was a good private parking place and there are also many public parking spaces.

The location is really good and the owner is very friendly as well. We came late in the evening and there was no any problem getting inside the apartment. The bed was also comfortable, nice kitchen with all the necessary equipment if you want to make food. I would recommend it!

Not much, perhaps the adjustment for the shower(head) and shower curtain in the other bathroom - not sufficient enough to hold the water from the floor. Yet not a real problem.

A great apartment fully equipped. In the summer the air conditioning is a real treat. The host is great and helpful. Alexandr is awesome and helped out where needed. The location near the sea is good and the view amazing. This is a top accommodation!!!!

The only downside that will keep us from renting this apartment is the oppressive, annoying sound from the water heating regenerator or whatever it's called.

The host Aleksandras is nice, he greeted us and showed us the apartments, the view from the windows is fantastic every morning. The beds are super comfortable. The house has everything you need for a short stay.

Very warm welcome by Aleksandr in a perfectly renovated apartment. The location is perfect to enjoy the beach, grocery shopping and all restaurants in the area. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. We were very happy to have a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped.

An extra blanket would have been useful to avoid boosting the heating.

Minor things: the walls inside the unit don't seem to be very sound proof. With doors closed, we could still hear conversation from outside the door. It didn't bother us a lot but it might bother you. No noise enters from outside though but if you're a group and one (example: a baby) is sensitive to noises, others will need to tiptoe around even with doors closed.

The location was amazing. You can watch the sun rise from your sofa behind the full heigh windows with a great view of the beach or on the balcony. Very spacious bedrooms, lovely kitchen space. The host was very responsive on Whatsapp. 3 layers of locks: outside gate, building gate, unit door.

Perfect communication with Alexander. Clean, well equipped and spacious apartment with a really beautiful sea view. Very good restaurants just next door. Parking just in front of the building.

The only thing that we didn't like was the accommodation next door, they had a large dog....the dog was locked outside in the yard and it barked and played with a metal bowl for long periods of time so we were restricted to when we could go onto the balcony as the noise was horrendous. I can't imagine that we are the only ones that have mentioned this.

The apartment was amazing....our family really enjoyed the stay and the facilities in the apartment were clean and modern.

No access to onsite parking, had my bike stolen from the back of the car on the last night when we'd packed up to leave early next morning.

Great host met us on arrival, lovely appartment with air con and good facilities and a lovely view of the bay, we were offered secure space for bike storage during our stay

- walls are thin inside and you can hear talking from the other room. Not exactly a con as the building itself was built like that.
