There was a rather unpleasant lingering smell in the room, I noticed it when I entered, but also during my stay. I left the window open as much as I could, but it was a bit cold at night.

The hotel is located in the old, historic center of Salamanca. However, it is located in a quiet street, away from the noise of traffic or large groups of people. Access is by key, which I received in a secure box when I arrived late in the evening. The room was spacious, there was both a double bed and a sofa. There was also a table and basic kitchen furniture with a fridge and microwave. I didn't use them, because it's a shame not to go to the cafes, bars and restaurants in the city. The bathroom had a shower, but also a bidet, which I liked. I don't know if the room was cleaned in my absence, I didn't notice. But basically, all in all, it was a pleasant stay. I can recommend this hotel, especially for those who go to the university for congresses, when the whole day is occupied with various activities, or for tourists who visit the city and the region, returning to the room only to rest at night.

Reception is staffed from 11am to 8pm so arriving earlier and having them look after your luggage is not possible until 11am.

The apartment was well equipped with a kitchen (hotplate, fridge and microwave) and pots, pans, plates etc and a small dining table and chairs. The room was spacious with an ensuite bathroom and the bed was comfortable. I actually got to watch TV news in English on Haystack! It is in the old quarter with main attractions within a 10 min walk. Highly recommended!

The trundle bed in the living room was better as two separate single beds instead of one queen. One would slide away, and there would be a gap in the middle of it by midnight.

The price and the location were incredible. They also had paid parking available in a tiny underground garage that required a high degree of driving skill to access, but it was awesome that they had parking that worked for our compact SUV. The beds were great, the living space (kitchen and living room) was large, and the bathroom was super clean. The location was extremely convenient for seeing all of the places of interest in the old part of Salamanca on foot. We walked all over that town and were able to stop by the hotel if we forgot something or wanted to just take a break. I would totally stay here again.

The fact we could take our dog and have our own apartment . The superb location is fabulous. We stop here every year on our way to catch the ferry from Santander.

Sat nav didn’t take me exactly there. Signs said no cars. It would be really helpful to give clearer instructions for arrival.

The location is excellent, only minutes away from Plaza Mayor and the shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants close by also. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on arrival. The apartment was spacious and very clean with all the essentials - (except a kettle!)
