Nothing the place was spotless, One small thing remember you are in a city so bins do get emptied sometimes early hours. But Malaga is one of the cleanest cities so a small price if you do hear them.

Everything about the apartment was great, we were met by a host who showed us everything in the apartment. It was spotless, great facilities and looked like new. The location was superb for the historic town, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurant's. highly recommend

Not enough toilet roll. Courtyard view is fine but can feel a bit airless at times. But please don’t let this put you off as it has great air conditioning and is on a Main Street so probably best not to be at the front as there is no noise in the rooms at all.

The location is exceptional. The apartment itself big and spacious and as we had booked for 4 people they had a bed made up in the main living room but it was much nicer and more comfortable than a sofa bed. A nice kitchen with coffee and tea and bathroom with shower gel and shampoo and hand soap. Host was on time and informative. Great value

There is washing machine but not a single washing capsule provided so bring your own. Lack of information of where to dispose rubbish , recycling.. ..our window overlooked inner courtyard so view of a wall

I suggest the hosts review their check-in policy. One day before arrival I wrote through Booking to ask if we could leave our bags and when we would get the instructions, but I did not receive a reply. On the arrival day we also did not get any message. Only 20 minutes before the check-in time we tried to write on WhatsApp, and we were redirected to another number. When we arrived, a friendly man met us, showed everything, and gave us the keys. But if we had not written on WhatsApp, I don’t know how we would have entered the room. There are key boxes with locks at the entrance, so the key could be left there and the door code could be sent through Booking.

Good location. The air conditioner worked very well, it was quite clean, there is an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine (I didn’t use it, but it could be cleaner)

The air condition has a limitation. It cannot be set more than 23 degree. But 23 degree also was not like 23. I struggled for one hour to cancel the limitation. I asked the responsible person but he said he doesn't know. In addition it is not easy to talk with them. They answered very very late.. Finally i solved the issue by myself and changed the setting.

there is no additional hanger in the bathroom ( for clothes), no shelves for toiletries, and the pillows are worn out and need to be replaced

The property is located in the very heart of the city, right next to the cathedral, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafés. All major attractions are within walking distance, making it an ideal place to stay or invest.

First night was v cold - coldest December for ages and red alert for storm. Air con unit not effective in warming property quickly. Consider providing a heater and additional blanket for bed. Paid extra for street view, but had to keep shutters closed to retain warmth so didn’t benefit. Ongoing noise through night from deposits in bins under bedroom windows and regular collection from same.

Our apartment had no view, just a window to a small inner yard. No complaints though, as this apartment was silent. I don't know about the ones with windows to the street. A second set of keys would have been useful. A room to store luggage after check-out would have been useful. However, there are plenty of lockers nearby (e.g. Lock and Relax, which has very helpful staff).

We rented the aparyment for the Malaga Marathon, and it was a great choice: comfortable, modern and well-equipped (a washing machine for the sweaty sport clothes!), not much noise from the lively neighbourhood (I could sleep very well), and located ideally, just a few minutes away from the start/finish area.
