Spacious modern accommodation. Sleeping here was a joy. Quiet location, but at the same time in the city center. I will definitely come back.

The only thing that was bad was the funky smell from the kitchen drain.

The location is perfect as it is in the old town and everything is reachable on foot or by public transport. The apartment is big and comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay.

Any noise does echo through the central courtyard - just hope the occupants of the other apartments are considerate!

Clean, spacious and fully equipped apartment, well located in heart of old city within a few minutes walk of the Central Market. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the building via the code sent the day before.

Noise at night (inc early hours) is very loud, thin walls/windows. Light sleepers bring ear plugs. Beds/pillows not very comfy but for a few days were fine.

Great location and easy to access, codes were sent before we arrived to gain access to front door and lock box to get into apartment. We were on the 2nd floor but there was a lift. It was very clean and spacious and it seemed a very safe area with 2 young children. Supermarket stones throw away. 5 minute walk to Mercat Central. Easy enough walk from Xativa metro stop after coming from the airport.

Location is excellent apartment is spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen. The apartment was a good size not cramped. Good communication with host and we found the luggage storage area very handy. I booked it for a birthday treat and to impress my friend and it certainly did.

I would expect to have coffee for all 4 person checked in.

The location is excellent, right downtown, a 10 min walk from the subway station from the airport. Also the luggage room was nice as check out was pretty early and we had the flight back home in the evening.

Water geyser constantly soundly like it was humming, similar to a washing machine, and the shower was temperamental with it's temperature. Could do with some softer pillows as well but for one night, it was manageable.

Very easy to get into the property with the keypad for main door and lockbox for keys. Apartment was extremely spacious and enjoyed having a little balcony outside. Short walk to Valencia Market and City Centre

noise was a bit of a problem. A row developed on Friday night between a male staying at the property and 4 young girls returning from a night out. They were talking a bit loudly and the man came out and ranted at them waking up the entire building.

Central location near bars and restaurants and historic sights. Easy to get around. Apartment good value, clean and well equipped with small balcony. Beds and pillows a little firm for some peoples’ tastes. Unfortunately, it was noisy with late revellers as noise carries through a central atrium. The lift to the upper floors was a bonus. bed settee was comfortable.

There was some noise at night from neighbours. It was hard to tell where exatly it came from

Nearly everything was great. The place was spacious, clean and staff were friendly. It has all the kitchen supplies that were needed to cook a meal. It was well thoguth out of how to make the stay comforable.
