Carlos was very helpful with communication prior to our holiday and met us with the keys around midnight! He talked us through everything we needed to know. The apartment was lovely, spotless and seemed newly decorated and the location was also excellent!

I was hoping that they would provide toiletries like shampoo and body wash. Also some kitchen staples like salt, pepper, oil, sugar and coffee.

No breakfast was included in the booking. But there is a kitchen where we cooked our own breakfast. A grocery store is just two blocks away, as well as a bakery.

The mattresses were very hard, uncomfortable for us but may be good for someone that prefer hard mattress. A lot of mosquitos around the island

Great location, beach close by, great food around, close by local supermarket, close by pharmacy, close by fruits and veggies shop. The flat was spacious and modern, huge terrace, comfortable setting with everything you may need.

LOVED our stay here! Location was so perfect - such easy access to everything - beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Cafes nearby were lovely and lovely walks/swims close too. We had a six month old baby with us and it was easy to navigate with the buggy thanks to the lift. There are a few steps upon entry but nothing you can't carry buggy up. Car parking was also a bonus. Thanks Carlos for all your help!

A nice bonus was the parking in the building. Perfect location less than 50 meters from the beach/boardwalk area. we spent most of our time driving to other less crowded beaches within a 20 minute radius, but all in all a terrific and cost effective option.

The fact that we had to come home!

This is such a beautiful apartment and Carlos was very helpful throughout the whole process, from answering messages promptly to meeting us upon arrival to pre booking a taxi for our return journey to the airport and supplying local information plus an all important map. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view over the harbour and a fabulous covered terrace .There were only two of us but this apartment caters for four as it has a sofa bed. Beds were comfy and the apartment has efficient air conditioning if needed. We only used the fan in the bedroom. The terrace doors had good soundproofing although the area isn't really noisy. The location was excellent with a great promenade, The area felt safe and had a great vibe. There was a good selection of Restaurants and shops all the way along. Super beach nearby just a few minutes away and if you enjoy a walk, there were equally lovely beaches further along the coast. We do recommend a visit to the aquarium which is an interesting rotunda building where we able to view some amazing sea life and worth a visit! It's just a short walk from the apartment. I think it was about 8 euros per adult. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and it certainly met our expectations! Thank you to Carlos and the team.

We loved our time at the apartment! We had the ocean front with an amazing view. The location was great and everything was comfortable. Carlos was such an amazing host! A group of 6 of us on a college graduation holiday stayed here. Despite our late-night arrival, Carlos warmly welcomed us at the door and showed us to our apartment. I was very impressed by his hospitality when he gave us a map of Colonía de Sant Jordi, circling with a pen all the amenities we would require during our stay, including activity and restaurant recommendations. He was extremely accommodating in all aspects. In terms of the apartment itself, it was spacious, bright, and very well air conditioned (which was much needed for 6 Irish people who are not familiar with such a hot climate). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was suitable for us to cook meals in, and we spent every morning enjoying breakfast on the balcony. Its beachfront location was fantastic and all 6 of us had a truly wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer at this apartment.
