Fabulous location, luxurious contemporary interiors, amazing rooftop terrace, pool and restaurant. Great service from the professional and friendly staff. Loved the Le Labo products in the bathroom.

Fabulous location and the rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The view was panoramic and so much to see going on in The harbour but 5 floors up it was also very peaceful. Always plenty of sun beds available and pool area pretty quiet. It’s only a small pool but it’s enough with another one downstairs and the sea a couple of minutes walk. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The premium seaview room had a great view and the bed was super comfortable. We will return!

minor things like they didn't have a US charger adapter and the SPA should be for adults only, no kids . It's a relaxing area and with kids it's a little hard.

Breakfast is at the lobby level, very cozy, great decoration and GREAT staff, on top of you making sure any needs. Nice breakfast option and they also make a la carte eggs. The room was fantastic, from spacious closets, to beach towels in a beach bag, I loved the Le Labo brand shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. GOURGEOUS SPA! i had a facial and my sister a massage and it was very professional. A to-die-for ROOF TOP view over the ocean and town over the mountain. I won't forget that magic view! Pau at the rooftop is Amazing.. had so much fun talking to him. Joanet at the Front Desk was also impressive from the moment he checked us in thru the whole staying.

Reception Staff vojld Have been a little more on the ball and slight lack of attention to detail. Even roof top bar staff walking around on phones not collecting dirty glasses or plates or attending to sun beds. If a person has left the Subbed staff should be right there to wipe Down bed from previous Person clean side tables and remove All drinks plates to. Instead of being in their phones or Checking out people on the sunbeds walking arojnd doing nothing - there is always something to do and make perfect

We were offered a welcome drink at reception Our room was not ready We decided to go to roof and have lunch whilst we waited so reception rang roof top to transfer our welcome drink up there and then it just didn’t happen so communication did not work

Great location for heading into the old town but still in a quiet area. Close to the beach as well. Rooftop area was the absolute best part of the hotel - great staff, views, service and facilities.

My wife thinks the workout room needs a makeover. Get rid of the big weight machine which takes up a lot of space and put in an elliptical and a weight bench with free weights.

Excellent breakfast service. Great rooftop area for drinks and dinner. Nice relaxing area by the pool with great views. All the staff were very nice and accommodating. Would return again if we have the chance.

Honestly nothing!

From arriving by their luxury limousine to spending 5 amazing nights at this hotel we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The room was superb with fantastic views, very spacious with everything we needed. The rooftop terrace is simply stunning, as is the food there. Staff were incredible - always smiling and always trying to help/please their guests.

This didn’t appear to me to warrant “leading hotel of the world” status. The common areas were a little spartan. Rooms were small and not well planned. Bathroom/shower in particular was not well thought out. Despite best intentions, water always rolls out of shower as there is no pitch to keep water n shower stall. It’s also very tight in between sinks & shower/toilet. Very little privacy when using the toilet. There is very little room to hang, store clothing & personal items. Access to under counter coffee maker is very awkward.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town. The rooftop terrace/pool & bar was a great addition to our trip particularly since weather was great. The food was just ok. Service was attentive. Mattresses were extremely comfortable.

Love your breakfast (thought it was a little expensive, thought it would be a package deal). Location was excellent, did a lot of walking. Room very clean, just a little small for being there for a whole week. Difficult to spread out.

Nothing, just that we couldn’t stay longer!

The most beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The old town was feet away and the marina was only a 20 min walk or so. The facilities were second to none, every detail was thought of to make our stay perfect. From the beautiful smelling toiletries, to the coffee machine and the hats for the pool side, which were such a useful touch, everyone was wearing them. The staff were so polite and helpful at all times, nothing was too much trouble. They worked together as a really seamless team. Food and drink was lovely and we enjoyed the rooftop pool area, especially the stunning view. Our room was advertised as a city view but we could still see the sea from the balcony which was great. The turn down service was a lovely touch. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.
