Best breakfast ever! Very nice staff and nice to sit outside. The room was spacious with big very nice balcony, the bed was great. Cant wait to get back to Villa Cortes! Thanks to all of the staff for making us feel like home !

we love everything about this place, the staff, the rooms, breakfast...everything this was out 4th visit, even took brought out our son for a few days, and he loved it. defiantly 5 stars

I can't think of anything I didn't like about the place, it's really great, Although, I don't know if it was something from the hotel, or something from the city, but not being able to have access to drinking water on a daily basis was a bit uncomfortable, we had to go out and buy water and store it in the mini-refrigerator was not easy

the breakfast is exquisite, very varied, the attention of the staff is excellent, and the location of the hotel is simply perfect, The attention from the moment we arrived to the consideration that the hotel had with us until the moment we left, was formidable.

In the bathroom, the toile had a problem with the pushbutton for the water and a lot of water was going out of the shower because the shower glass and the marble on the bottom were not having the proper slope, so all the water from the glass was dripping on the marble and from there out of the shower.

the Hotel theme - perfectly done, beautiful, good taste the view of the sea, and mountains was amazing the staff - was very warm and provided a lot of useful information, the breakfast - very good, all the things, preparation, good products, good quality

The location is in the middle of the most touristy area. If you want authentic, less expensive and delicious meals, you would have to venture out of this area.

Sometimes the cleaning staff didn't see the DND sign on and would come into the room.

Booked the Ocean view room which was fantastic, friendly, and quiet. Breakfast was brilliant, with a lot of options to choose from with a chef there to cook. Location is absolutely amazing you are right at the beach and at the corner of the strip. Walk straight on the main street, and take a left outside the hotel you are heading towards Costa Adeje.

Breakfast was AMAZING. Croissants were better than Paris. There was SO much to choose from. Service was spectacular. I LOVED this place. Great Style, HUGE and it didn't feel like a regular boring hotel. LOVED IT!

The restaurants did not seem open. Guests were allowed to reserve sunbeds for hours. During the weekend this resulted in few available sunbeds even when only about half were in use.

Breakfast was good quality but it lacked variety. You had the same food every day, no matter what. Only orange juice was natural. Yuo woudl expect food for vegans or vegetarians.

when new “batch” of charter tourists arrived, the pool & beach as well as other shared facilities (eg breakfast) felt very crowded — reservations of sun beds at 7-8am and similar things; limited parking options which are not paid extra; beach access is only available as top-up payment

My family of 6 stayed for 2 weeks in July/August ´22. Beautiful hotel, rooms and beds good. Location is awesome. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast area was good but limited selection of food compared to other 5 star hotels. Staff very friendly and tried to do everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Only one small bar was open for drinks the entire time so snacks needed to be bought at the supermarket close by. On the down side we needed to wake up at 6 in the morning to go out to the garden to secure sun beds! Totally unacceptable on a vacation. If you didn't you were unable to get a sunbed for the family for the day. Guests put their towels on the beds in the morning and many didn't use them until late in the day! It would be a great improvement if they would forbid guests to reserve beds and not use them for hours at at time. Also they need to add the number of the sun "umbrellas" and also increase the qty. Our day usually started by fixing them if we could find a free them! It would be a great improvement if they would forbid guests to reserve beds and not use them for hours at at time :-)

Excellent in every way! From the moment we arrived in the early hours to be welcomed by Luis at reception . The breakfast, room, housekeeping were all perfect. We will certainly be back hopefully in April/May but we believe it is having a break and will be closed to upgrades to the pool. In our opinion the pool area and bar were exceptional.
