There was nothing i didn't like but i feel the apartment could do with an oven and also there are a few slats on the decking which are not safe to stand on if you plant you whole weight at the ends, it could possibly cause an injury.

it’s a bit far from city centre but we knew that. No window or hood in the bathroom so if you use hot water, the steam comes out in the bedroom. A bit pricey for the location.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with supermarkets and local cafes nearby. It’s new and modern equipped, very comfortable and cozy interior. Metro station is 10min walking.

Some parts of the flat were poorly maintained: a dirty ceiling, a rainfall shower we never managed to turn on despite the maintenance person coming to fix it. The smell from the street can sometimes be disturbing though the AC could theoretically prevent one from opening windows…

Overall very clean and well kept. Feels safe with a gate in front of the building. Very responsive staff and excellent communication throughout the booking.

Amazing apartment with great location. All the basics that we need were provided by the host. The apartment was very clean and our host made sure we had all the necessary information to hand. The apartment is located not far from some of the main attractions and was very easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back soon. We highly recommend staying here if you want comfort and relaxation. Absolutely loved it here. Thank you Feelathome :)

Great small appartement with all comfort for a stay, not far from metro lines, you can access different parts of Madrid easily. The check-in was fine, you carry a code to enter and a card for your appartment. Cleaning staff very helpful, admin staff also great. I enjoyed the stay and recommend the place.

Keys were not left in the box for us. Finally my son was able to contact them and we were able to get them from the emergency box. Poor start but everything else was great!

This is just being picky as everything was really good. My feedback is because I usually stay at apartment when I travel for work (the apartment by asset, the residence in. By Marriott, etc…). Hence, I would advise the property to leave one tea towel to dry dishes as not everybody uses the dishwasher. Also, I would advice to be careful with the pans, they were all scratched very badly and that is a health hazard due to leach of chemicals. I would perhaps look into providing cheap pans that can be replaced cheaply and more often when they become scratched or pans that cannot be easily scratched. Finally, I would consider providing a roll of kitchen paper to use as napkin or similar. Although there were a stack of napkins, these were very small. I As I said, minor things really. Would also take away any declarative and unnecessary items such as the fake tree and vase with plants as all they do is gather dust and they are just not practical. Nobody would miss them as everything else is what it really makes the difference with a hotel.

Really nice and comfy apartment with basic necessities. Just what you need when you want to chill. Minor humidity marks on ceiling may make it look older than it is. But for us was perfect either way.

Perfect location, easily accessible with public transport (Canal metro station 5 min walking distance), the district is very quite and non touristic, the appartement equipped adds much more value compared to the hotel, you feel like home
