It was very easy to enter the apartment, which was in an excelent location. The apartment was clean and it has basic amenities to stay a few days. There were enough pillows and blankets to choose whatever you prefer.

Location was perfect for visiting many of Barcelona’s attractions including the Rambla, Gaudi designed homes and Passage de Garcia. Best for a couple with smaller children than 4 adults

Would have given a 10 rating, but we had to Uber from the airport to drop our bags, which was not close to our suite, which meant another Uber to the place we were staying.

Centrally located, near all amenities. Questions answered promptly. Easy access. There was coffee for our entire 3 days.

The couch was the worst to sleep on, it was old and uncomfortable.

The apartment was great, clean and well-equipped. The location is not central, but easy to access with bus or metro. There was music in the neighbour's flat first night, but only until 9 oclock.

Water heater is very small so not an abundance of hot water for three people.

Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped apartment, including shampoo, soap, water bottle, coffee. Appreciated the sofa bed to accommodate one extra in this cozy space. Great location, many wonderful sights and restaurants nearby. Mima did a great job staying in touch and was even waiting to meet us for check-in at the property. She showed us around and made us feel at home immediately. She even gave us a list of things to see and do, including restaurants. They handled booking our taxi (in advance) from airport as well and it was the very much appreciated. Zed Restaurant is very close and a must try. Everything including metro is very close. Great place to stay in Barcelona.

The host's rep, Mima, met us at the property. Her communication via WhatsApp was first rate. In addition to being punctual, Mima provided us with a map of recommended restaurants and attractions that we could see on Google Maps. The balcony/terrace was very pleasant and having a washing machine was a great benefit to us. The kitchen was also well equipped.

The toilet seat was broken. The sofa is really old and uncomfortable for sitting. Probably the biggest downside however was the lack of storage space. There's a big closet in the bedroom, but it's full of household stuff - ironing board, drying rack, spare linen, pillows etc etc. So there is really no place to unpack your things to if you are staying for a bit more than a day or two.

The one-bedroom apartment at Poeta Cabanyes Street was nice and true to photos. The communication was friendly, helpful and quick. We really felt, that should we need any help, someone would be there to assist. Thank you, Raquel and Agustina! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We really appreciated, that the basics like sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil were provided by the host, as well as complementary tea and coffee. The apartment features a big bathroom for Barcelona (sometimes these might be really tiny in Barcelona apartments and hotels), so that was a big plus. The apartment is located near Carrer de Blai - a lively pedestrian street full of tapas bars and restaurants (if you want a nice fresh salad, go to Azoka Taberna and choose Toma tomate - absolutely beautiful!), so there are lots of places to eat or have a cocktail. Otherwise the location is not that central, but metro station and bus stops are within a short walking distance and it's easy to get around and visit any place you might want to.

Studio apartment was very small which did not reflect the pictures on booking.com as they had included all the images of their multiple properties in the 1 listing. This was misleading as we thought the space would be bigger (we chose this for this reason over other properties) and the price was very high for such a small space for 5 nights.

- the toilet and bathroom was very uncomfortable - the apartment was very noisy - I couldn't put my baby in the Cott because of its mattress.it was not standard and not safe for baby. - they used this fragrance that smelled like cleaning material to fake the cleanness which was annoying

The pictures with rooms are made a time ago. Definetly rooms aren't so bright, because there is no lots of daylight. The sofa is definitely no longer usable for normal sleeping!!!

Very good location. Near to Montjuic and beach. There is busy street with lots of restaurants, but its quite noisy at night time.
