We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandRestaurant: very noisy and uncomfortable during breakfast/ lunch and dinner. Staff banging plates and cutlery in their work areas throughout the restaurant. Had to sit outside to eat as the noise was unbearable. Food was mediocre. Staff unfriendly in the restaurant. Difficult to get a drink so went to get a drink for myself before my meal started as the week progressed

United KingdomComplimentary bus to maspalomas. Only one bus put on so half the queue waiting didn’t get on the bus. Should be bookable buses so they know the capacity and demand. Poor aqua aerobics class. Young staff with what seemed like no training.
Massive hotel with sea facing rooms. Great pool area and breakfast area. Heated pool. Very friendly staff who arranged taxis for us. Padel and tennis courts excellent. Indoor spa amazing.

AustraliaThe air con was loud in the room, hard to sleep through it. Cleaning staff noisy from 8am. Quality of dinner food lower standard than breakfast. Would have liked if reception explained the layout and options on arrival eg spa, how to get to chill out bar etc.would be good if there was an afternoon shuttle to Maspalomas. Location near a cute beach but not in the centre of the action. Many public buses passing though for €1.40 one way.
Great facilities. Nice to have adult only rooftop bar and solarium. Shuttle bus at 10.30 and 11.30 to playa des Inglés and Maspalomas was welcome and lovely walks there. Good shopping centre at bottom of the hill with supermarkets and restaurants. Choice of bars on site. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Room cleaned daily. Nice balcony to sit out. Got the #66 bus from and to the airport easily. Pharmacy and hairdressers on site. Could easily stay in hotel for days.

United KingdomThe food was extremely average, often cold and occasionally inedible. Service was mixed, and a real lack of clarity about where you could experience all inclusive drinks. We were frustrated to have to pay for the chill out and at the very least the drinks should be all inclusive.
Well laid out facilities, spacious rooms, lovely sea views. The hotel was very clean, and the Spa was exceptional.

SpainThe evening entertainment was good but didn't last long enough and the seating arrangements could be improved and also the bright lighting. It was also a bit repetitive.
The food was fabulous and the adults only rooftop pool/bar was perfect. The staff are all friendly and helpful. And the activity staff were great fun. The rooms were cleaned daily and were immaculate with fresh water given too.

United KingdomThe dining room was too small for the volume of people. 1 dining room is not ideal for all customers especially us as all inclusive. Xmas day was chaotic at meal times. The noise in the other rooms were very loud which would often wake us and especially when cleaners would start at 6/7am it was very noticeable and would wake us up. The food was ok but would’ve been nice to have better staple meat options not just pork and fish all the time. all inclusive alcoholic drinks were very watered down and poor quality liquor! It seems they reserve the premium alcohol for those who are paying as they go but it shouldn’t be the case when you have already paid for all inclusive. The cocktails were poor and very sugary with next to no alcohol. Lifts were a bit slow and no evening entertainment.
Hotel provides shuttle transfer with a discount and very spacious in the van. Beautiful grounds. The room size, view of the room, bathroom, cleanliness of the room and hotel generally. Lots of space around the pool and lots of deck chairs and areas to sit and have quiet time. The spa was nice too! Pool entertainment was ok. Comfortable place to stay.

GermanyWe booked the half boarding option, which included breakfast and dinner buffet (one could switch the dinner to lunch, but we never did that). The quality of the food at the dinner buffet could be better. There were times during our stay when the food items went cold just sitting there in the buffet. Also the cocktail’s we took at the bar were not so great.
The location is excellent. The ocean view rooms are all east facing and we got to see the beautiful sunrise on each day of our stay from our bed! The beach is reachable by foot but the hotel has a shuttle service too. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite. All facilities are excellent and very clean. We were very happy with the parking at the hotel too. It was free of charge and we always found a free parking space. Would come back to stay at the hotel anytime again!

United KingdomAlthough there were many options for breakfast, a lot of it was cold and not good quality. Had a treatment at the spa, there was a cockroach in the room. Wasn’t offered a robe/slippers, wasn’t asked if the massage pressure was to my liking, the massage room was freezing.

NorwayNoisy. Loud music from the entertainment in the evening. So If you want a quiet hotel this is not the right place. Sofabed hard. Dinner somedays good some days not. We had halfboard. Not many restaurants in the area if you dont have any food included.
