Everything was perfect, amazing rooms, comfortable beds & lovely balcony’s.

Fabulous hotel, with amazing staff, from reception to restaurants to bars to pools to entertainment staff, nothing was ever a problem, all smiling & helpful, a credit to the hotel. Food was amazing, location just perfect, walk to beach in under 15 mins. Great facilities & even provide a courtesy room with shower & towels for late checkout. Loved our first stay with you & will definitely be back again.

Excelent breakfast selection. Constant food flow. Staff very attentive collecting empty plates etc. I would recommend to everyone to go before 9:00a.m to avoid q's. We got dinner one of the nights and it was delicious. We paid €36 for 2 people including wine & water. Excellent price-value. Soft drinks were extra but very affordable. Lovely cocktails and activities.

Two indoor pools and two jacuzzis. You could pay €10 into the wellness centre - which meant you could actually relax without kids screaming and jumping on top of you . They did that in their own indoor pool. The water was warm and everything functioned in the wellness centre too . ( lot of hotels post that things are working and then you get there and they are not ) . They also supplied you with towels in the wellness centre . I went specifically for the wellness centre because it was Easter and weather was bad . After all the kids get everything - mothers need some relaxation too. We had a late flight and they had a room for luggage and a room to shower. So I give this hotel 100 percent for taking care of the guest from the moment of arrival to the moment they left ! The cafe on site made good food at a reasonable price and the staff made plenty of jokes to make us laugh. The breakfast in the hotel had everything and Javier made us smile every morning in the breakfast room . They had pool tables , entertainment nightly and lots of outdoor pools.

Very good choice of outdoor pools and also a indoor pool. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. A great variety of food for everyone. Location was not far from shops, restaurants and the beach. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday.

No parking for guests at hotel is a nightmare. It’s expensive when you find a park and soooo difficult to find one! The pools were ok but the view onto other properties was not great! They need to partition or close this off.

Staff were the best part, so helpful and knowledgeable:) rooms were also very good and food offering was great too!

I liked the wellness centre - you had to pay which kept kids out and you could relax . It has a separate heated pool for kids.

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff friendly and nothing too much trouble, loved the heated pools and jacuzzi including the spa, very relaxing. Great location 10 minutes from beach, food catered for everyone, lots of fresh fruit and salad, great entertainment and activities for the children. Thank you to Maria, on reception, jarvine in restaurant, Sonia who kept our room spotless, we loved every minute.
