The views were spectacular, right above the Roman theatre and beach. Fantastic pool deck(s), especially the roof top. Excellent food and decor. Very easy walk to old town.

No beach access without a long walk. Would be good for them to offer a beach shuttle service during the summer months. Rooftop pool you needed to lineup 45 minutes early for in order to get a seat. Pools should be open earlier than 11:0am

Location for exploring the city’s history was prime. Lots of chairs at downstairs pool

Elevators had several problems and the hotel was packed! Breakfast was good but the coffee machines also had issues.

The location couldn’t have been better, right next to the coliseum and other national treasures and just off the Rambla Nova.

This was our third stay at this hotel and some of the rooms are a little tired and in need of a deep clean.

H10 is in a great location, close to the beach, shops and the old town. The hotel roof top restaurant is great with amazing views, it also has a good pool on the ground floor with a drink and food van, it was very relaxing. Rooms are well equipped with a coffee pod machine and lovely balcony.

The staff on the rooftop terrace was a bit unwelcoming. They would forget our order or just ignore us when we wanted to order. We had to wait long periods of time and the attitude was patronizing. The view, the pool and the food was great otherwise.

Beautiful facility, great views, clean and well designed room. I’d recommend it.

The breakfast was a bit expensive at 20 Euro per person - so we didn't think that was worth it.

The location was really amazing - you could not be closer to both the old town and the new part of the city - and the views are amazing! The rooftop pool was just the nicest location for dinner or a cocktail - as well as an afternoon by the pool.

Balcony door was difficult to close, but the staff were responsive to fixing this. Toilet was a bit dirty when we arrived and there was a dent in the wall that looked like a fist had hit it, which was unusual.

Amazing location - perfect for access to town, local buses and the bus station. The design is stunning and the hotel is beautiful. Really nice staff. Comfortable beds and nice balcony with sea view. Swam in both pools and enjoyed some cocktails on the roof. Would stay again if visiting for a few nights. Overall good value for money for a quality hotel.

The roof top restaurant was good for cocktails, food was ok but the waiter service was irritating - the waiter would literally pounce when someone stopped eating to see if we were finished. It felt like we’re being rushed but the place was fairly empty.

The normal welcome drinks at an H10 were not offered. Later in the day when we came back from a walk I went to get a drink of water and was shooed away and big rolling of eyes from reception. Quite awkward. Loyalty voucher for special cocktail was only for a Mimosa, beer or water. Also had to produce envelope as well as voucher. 5th visit to H10 hotels, this was worst
