We found the lifts quite difficult at times , waiting about a lot for them , no indication when they are coming on the 4 th floor . Room very small for 3 people.

The restaurant refurb was very nice , the food in the evenings was really good big section some thing for everyone. Breakfast not so great English breakfast items not great beans a bowl sauce , Fried eggs sometimes sitting to long and burnt on bottom freid bread always hard , sausage not great . You can tell I like a good English breakfast.

Needs more service at breakfast - the time you collect tea/ toast etc and queue up for your breakfast is warm if lucky. I would recommended at least serving tea/coffee to tables like other quality hotels. It’s too much trying to get everything and having a hot breakfast. I thought the rooms were a little small for a premium price hotel .

Room was tidy and cozy. Beds were comfortable and pillows (3) were too. Location is right in front of the shore but you need to walk 5-10 min to reach the beach. Breakfast was really good, staff helpful and hotel is very cool.

The traffic flow in the restaurant was sometimes an obstacle course, but for a huge resort, they have good logistics despite the masses of guests at peak times. The air conditioning in my room was poor, however. Fortunately, opening up the balcony door at night cooled off the room, with the added benefit of hearing the crashing waves in the stillness of late night.

The staff at the main restaurant/buffet were amazing. I felt welcomed and appreciated. The room was lovely and tidy.

The cleaning staff would enter the room while we were in there and not ask if anyone was in the room before asking. One morning in the bathroom there was a cockroach running along the floor.

The hotel overall was very clean. We stayed half board and the food in the buffet restaurant was very good quality and the food changed a lot everyday. The swimming pools were very beautiful and the entertainment was very good too. The entertainers, restaurant and reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. Also the hotel is very close to everything, we didnt need to travel very far to anywhere outside of the hotel.

We had friends staying in different hotel close by . It was disappointing we couldn’t invite our friends to H10 for a lunch/ drinks etc , due to hotel policy . Staying guests only allowed in to the hotel .

Staff all seemed very grumpy and unhappy. Checking in seemed to be a massive chore to them. Waiters rarely smiled or seemed happy. Bar staff were lacking with queues forming constantly. swimming pool rules were ridiculous. No having fun in the pool or your out.

Room was okay but a little dated. Door had to be forced closed all the time, air con was noisy. Location was great for walking to restaurants and bars. Breakfast in hotel was good with a nice selection.

As a mature guest I felt that their wasn’t enough toilets in the outdoor areas Also I didn’t like that staff allowed towels to hold sun beds around the pool areas .

Felt food was a bit repetitive but what we did have was nice

Lovely big room with amenities in it. Pool had plenty loungers so never struggled to find an empty one. Also small pool was heated so extra treat Staff in restaurants and bar could not be nicer. Always smiling.

If you want swim to swim in the ocean and not just in the hotel pools you will need to go at least 700 m along the cost. But it is a very nice walk.

I liked the hotel although it is a big hotel it was quite spacious and did not feel overcrowded. I liked the location. It is situated next to the ocean promenade and close to main shopping street. I enjoyed walking along the coast during the day and walking the shopping street in the evening. The breakfast and dinner was really good there were many choices to choose from.
