It was quite noisy in the morning- lots of foot traffic on the street outside the front door, and a school next door (or down the street?), so lots of associated noise- very quiet at all other times !

Everything ! The location, ample space, fabulous rooftop, well appointed kitchen, parking !! Incredible location- step outside the door and you are straight away in the middle of everything. Absolutely amazing view from the rooftop.

Yes there are stairs, but that is also part of the positives, providing a spectacular outlook.

The house is in the perfect position - close to everything you need but just far enough to be clear of the craziness. The size is more than we needed but we loved having choices about which space we used, with the upstairs deck being outstanding. The garage was a valuable and easily accessed asset. Great restaurants nearby, but with the option to self cater due to the fabulous kitchen. Helpful, communicative hosts - a great 3 night stay.

My primary concern, however, relates to the heating system. The property uses an old style of heating panels in the bedrooms, with the exception of the master bedroom, which has air conditioning. Upon arrival, the house was quite chilly. The owner informed us that the temperature is set to 18°C/64°F before 7 PM, and 23°C/73°F after 7pm. Despite inquiring about adjusting these settings, I received no response When I woke up around 5am, the heating panels in all bedrooms have already stopped working and the bedrooms were just freezing cold.

The location is quite convenient, with a garage and just a five-minute walk from the bridge.

What an incredible find in an amazing location. Our family of 5 had more than ample room in this spacious and very well appointed flat. Only steps away from restaurants, shops and all the sites of Ronda! We had a couple questions when we first arrived and communication with the hosts was quick and helpful. Our only regret about our trip is that we didn’t stay longer. If you go to Ronda, you must stay here!!

The check-in process wasn't good. I provided my arrival time in both the bookings.com form while reserving as well as a response to the message that was sent from the host but still it was hard to get the keys to the place. When i contacted the host he said that i had to give him my arrival time which i already did but was quick to send someone with the keys to the house. The checkin process took ~ 2 hrs

Great location and a great house to stay in for a family. Bathrooms were clean and as was the kitchen. The house was spotless and disinfected and we were provided with all we needed for the stay.

There was some confusion with keys and getting in - solved without too much of a drama but we ended up wasting bit of time while the owners resolved.

Very helpful host allowed us in a bit earlier cleaner met us and assisted with parking as a little difficult with a larger car. Gave us recommendations for restaurant and checked in to see if we needed anything.

The only points I would make would be the facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and garage door, are in need of a little upgrade or replacement. Overall, the rest of the accommodation more than made up for these, but it does cause a little discomfort.

This is a lovely house, which is spacious and comfortable. The location in the heart of the old town of Ronda was excellent, which was helped by fact that the house has a garage since parking is limited. We had a really enjoyable stay there.

Given size of the bedrooms, upsizing beds from doubles would be great.
