It was very worn. The mouldings needed replacing and a small gap between the shower and the wall was dirty and mouldy. There was a very strong smell of sewage from the shower. And the windows should have double glass because of the tram right outside!

However the communication with the staff before the booking, during the booking was zero, no reply to any of the messages. The only way is to call directly by phone number. I’ll highly recommend to improve it. Be aware the nights can be really noisy and I slept with noise cancelling earbuds. So if you are looking for a calm night probably you need to choose the calmer location.

The location is really amazing and you can enjoy the terrace in the evening with the best view.

This is a very simple place. Don’t expect anything beyond a bed and a bathroom, and you will not be disappointed.

Perfect location right next to the Cathedral and close to many of Seville’s most famous places of interest.

Downside was the noise travels from room to room. I had some quite vocal neighbors on two of the nights of my stay but at the end of the day it was tolerable. Only other downside was that that the room I was in had a poorly ventilated bathroom so it always had a slight mildew or stale water smell.

The location is perfect, if you are looking for only a place to sleep in the best location this is the perfect place! The A/C and heat were both great as I needed both over the course of my stay. The terrace view was beautiful and more than worth it even though my room did not have a view of the cathedral. Both the housekeeping and maintenance team were wonderful and kind in my interactions. I would stay again.

Beds were quite uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through the mattress. Small room not suitable for 2 large suitcases. Room was noisy as it faced the street. No staff present in the building so couldn’t request an extra blanket.

Excellent location for exploring Seville. Clean accommodation. Black out blinds made for a pleasant sleep!

The room had one tiny room so felt like an interior cabin on a cruise ship, the one tiny window we did have opened up to look at, i kid you not, the inside of the elevator shaft!!! Where there was also all the external heat exchangers for the aircons which were quite loud. The water pressure was terrible, the roof terrace was a bit poor.

The bed was really comfy, the location was brilliant, air con great and bathroom a decent size. The room was really clean, though quite small, and it was turned down daily which was great. Air con was decent also.

The bathroom was quite small, but if you sat sideways on the toilet seat, you had room for your legs and feet.

The location of the Catedral Botique is fantastic! It's just a short walk from the airport bus stop "Torre del Oro" and close to all main attractions. Many restaurants and cafés are located closeby.

The room was a bit small, but the view was amazing. My window faced directly onto the cathedral. The location is perfect. Ypu have all the highlights within walking distance. For a short stay this hotel is the best choice.
