It was new and clean, the facility was good, a suit room. The price was also affordable The location was lovely, green and away from crowds. If you want to be away from crowds sometime it a very good option But i wanted to be in the center and explore the city and also didn’t have access to personal vehicle so for me it was not a good option

There was a microwave and a fridge in the room but there are no any glasses, glasses, plates or cutlery. But stuff provided it for us by request.

Stuff was kindness and helpful. The hotel is nice and comfortable and they provide us a baby bed for free. The room is clean and the balcony was big and comfortable to have a rest. You can make coffee or any hot drink anytime. Especially it was very comfortable for us that the hotel is open 24/7.

The shower is elevated. It is not at floor level, so you have to step down with no safety bar to grab yourself. It is a safety hazard to me. Our room had a view to garbage bins and a construction materials unload area, noisi and not nice to say the least. Besides, no instructions in the phone in the room to call the operator. None of the usual numbers worked.

The beds were comfortable. The room had a reasonable size and It was clean. Our room had a fridge and microwave as well as a sink which were convenient to prepare some food in the room. Also, there were coffee, chocolate and tea available 24 hours in the cafeteria as well as a dispenser to refill your bottles with water. It seemed pretty eco-friendly in several aspects.

The sink was clogged, water from the shower was dripping onto the floor due to loose rubber bands/silicone. You need to take parking ticket and go to reception to tell you are going out

Bed was good, quiet place, nice view on hills, breakfast is average.

The walk back up hill from nearest train station , + they had work men in replacing flooring woken up every morning ,not told about that when we booked , no nearby shops , towels tiny , no cups glasses in room but a microwave and fridge , cheap ,clean , and quiet .

For person without a car, hotel is quite far from the station (about 20 minutes), while having a car it is great localized. Same when it comes to distance to nearest shops. Room is quite dark, it could have more lights.

Nice breakfast with Spanish food, coffee mashine available 24/7, helpful staff, possibility to borrow iron and iron desk from reception, comfortable room and beds, nice places to sit outside the hotel, microwave in the room.

Expected, but the hotel is located in something that looks like commercial/office area. Lots of large company campuses. Nothing bad about it, but there is not much to see around. If you have a car or plan to take the train - totally acceptable for the value. If you are visiting one of those campuses - it's perfect.

Great staff. Quiet place. Nice views from huge picture windows. Good food in the restaurant next door. We did not book breakfast, but walked by the breakfast area and it looked good. There is a train station walking distance from the hotel. Not too far from the exit to the highway too.

Asked for a babybed while booking, but it wasn’t there when we arrived. Went to ask one at the reception and they brought one to our room… without a matress in it. 🤔 Also a lot of noise from other guests who decided to have a party in their room.

It doesn't have any personality. The breakfast was okay but no real coffee was a huge drawback. Nothing in the room whatsoever.. The room service was served superbly just it was so basic and expensive, not worth the price.

The view and the pool (although I didn't try it). The bed was comfortable, also the sofa. The service was lovely.
