Air conditioning didn’t work well at all and we had full sun in afternoon so room heated up. It was April. Summer would be really hot

Location. Easy walk to main centre unless you have problems walking as it’s 20 minutes. Breakfast fabulous. Parking easy outside peak time. Weekends are bedlam and no parking in site. Fantastic service and staff

Packet shampoo in a 4 star hotel. Location is a bit from the center and not on the beachfront. Hotel needs a repaint.

Usage on furniture and water damage signs from previous unserious ,,clients,, If you are travelling by train from Barcelona Sants you need to use replacement buses from Castelldefels to reach Sitges.

The only thing I missed was that the TV in Rome didn't play Netflix and Amazon YouTube.and one thing was that the room near the elevator was very noisy.

Very calm environment and comfortable. And the staff is very nice ...and the hotel is right next to the sea. And all kinds of facilities are available. Everything else was very good And the breakfast was also amazing.

Walls were thin, so that there was a lot of TV noise and audible conversation from the neighboring rooms.

The first room they gave me there was feces on the balcony and too many mosquitoes to deal with also noisy as kitchen next to it. I changed to a better room and as I was alone they allowed the change free of charge. Also the sauna etc has been out of service since covid pandemic which was a shame.

The pool was excellent and i hope clean enough. The staff were very very helpful.

I believe that the layout of the room could be better, the bed is quite big and the table/desk gets on the way a bit. The breakfast is served quite late on weekdays (between 7:30 and 11), as I had an early flight I could not have breakfast in my last day. If it could start by 6:30 or 7:00 would be more interesting.

The hotel is beautiful, nice pool, restaurant and Breakfast was great. it is only 1 block from the beach and the surrounding is very safe, it was amazing to take a walk along the beach in the evening.

I noticed the walls were rather thin. For our long weekend stay this wasn't a problem and other guests kept very low noise levels but I could imagine it could become a problem should the other guests be louder. The door to our room only unlocked itself on third or fourts insertion of the card but we always managed to get in. The public transport from Barcelona Airport to Sitges was a little consufing and for the trip back we rather chose a taxi. Overall extremely happy with my stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our compliments to all hotel employees, especially Lubosh! The room was very, VERY clean. Nice breakfast. The free wifi was very stable and sufficient for content streaming. The town could be reached with a nice leisurely walk along the beach. The swimming pool area is very enjoyable for a drink or to read a book. The rooms have balconies with ashtrays, smokers will appreciate this. Since we went off-season the price was a great deal. This hotel is adult only and we enjoyed a very quiet weekend. We especially loved the calm and welcoming atmosphere.

Good location. Large complex but each area had its own pool and sunbathing section so nothing was too far. Rooms were very clean.

The young female waitress who served us at the bar was very rude to us on several occasions. However this would not put me of returning to the hotel as all the other staff were very nice .

Good breakfast that was included. clean tidy rooms , very clean pool area . The gentleman who took care of the breakfast I'm not sure of his name , was absolutely lovely and could not do enough for us . Very friendly gentleman and an asset to the hotel . In all a lovely hotel in a quiet residential area only 2 mins from the beach.

The shower head was leaking. Other guests slamming the doors and talking loud can prevent from sleeping. Some minor repairs need to be done and therefore 3 stars is more acceptable then 4 stars.

Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of bread, cheese/ham and a choice of juices. Breakfast with view on the pool. The sea is located only 2 min from the hotel.
