There were renovations of the shops down on the street, which resulted in quite noisy and dusty balcony throughout the day.

The construction happening under the hotel was unfortunate, but it did not affect our stay as we were out most of the days.

If you are looking for the best-positioned hotel, do not hesitate to book this one. You have literally everything you need within walking distance. From a bus station/taxi stand (right in front of the hotel) and the beach (across the street), to every possible shop (grocery, souvenirs, clothing) and restaurants right next to the hotel. The room had everything we needed, and towels and bed sheets were changed regularly. The kitchen equipment was totally sufficient. Even though you are very close to a busy street, in our room (more in the back) where we were staying you are not able to hear any noise. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The central location resulted in high noise levels, making it hard to sleep without ear protection. I‘d love to have pool onsite but it’s not a must have if the beach is just over the street. Towels could have been changed more frequently.

The kitchen was well enough equipped for basic cooking, the location was excellent with easy access to public transport, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was fantastic. The service & cleanliness were outstanding.

Unfortunately although the apartment was lovely every morning we were waken by work going on downstairs in the restaurant bar being renovated. But this stuff happens and it didn’t impact on our holiday too much. Only one mirror in apartment could probably do with another one

Location was excellent right on the beach and Victoria was lovely and really friendly. Our hairdryer was not working really well. She replaced it with a new one.

The workers downstairs didn’t stick to their schedule (09.30 am - 1 pm we were told), more like 7 am - 7 pm. The work created a lot of dust on our balcony, and their machines were very loud so we couldn’t sit on our balcony most of the time. The SPAR store downstairs plays very loud music but they close at 10 pm. And the boiler inside the room created some loud noise as well. The kitchen could have had a couple of more appliances such as scissors, dish towel, peeler, bowls for yoghurt/soup, and the pan wasn’t compatible with the induction plate so we only had one pot to use. But we also didn’t go on vacation to cook 😉

Excellent location, very comfy bed and bed sheets, silent air conditioning, overall very nice and fresh.

For what myself and party paid, I cannot fault the property. Amenities, bus stop & taxi rank were on the doorstep.

Victoria was on hand before arrival and when we got there. Nothing was too much trouble. We were also able to check in far earlier than expected, which was a bonus for us after landing early in the morning.

Unfortunately the commercial property immediately below us was getting a full refurbishment which caused major noise with drills hammers etc. We were unlucky I suppose to be there whilst this major part of the work was getting done. Otherwise I would have given the apartments 10/10

Spacious, modern and very clean. Fantastic location in the heart of Palmanova. Beach just 50 metres. Restaurants,shops and bars within immediate area without being overly noisy.

Air conditioner unit for next door apartment a little loud, but not enough to cause an issue.

Very well positioned, maintained and furnished apartment very close to the beach and all amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff - very good value for money.

The smell from the shower was a bit disturbing in the evening when all of the windows were closed during a day.

Place is really good to stay in because it is close to a free public parking and a beach. A long opened shop is just under the room.

Cold tiled floors. You can use AC heating, but then the air dries up quickly. The kitchen could use some more pots for cooking, some better knives and a bit more storage space.

Spacey, perfectly clean, well equipped. Comfortable bed, smart TV, big balcony. Lovely host, available at any time. A lot of lights and strong AC.

When neighbours were on the adjacent balcony talking we could hear everything. There was a smell from the bathroom but it seems the Island has a sewage problem when the wind blows

Location is absolutely great. Free parking lot nearby. Our host Victoria was very friendly and helped with all of our questions. Nice Restaurants nearby. Beach is directly in front of the building. We had room cleaning and towel change every second day. Air conditioner available and was very handy. Best price quality!
